Would especially like to Thank Heidi for taking care of all the arrangements and for being on the end of the phone if needed, (nothing was too much trouble).
Would also like to Thank Kerry for being so amazing to Mom in the days before her funeral and making her look so beautiful

As this was a restricted funeral with only 6 mourners allowed we could not have asked for a better. The Co_op funeral team were so supportive and the service was beautiful. Thank you to Amanda and her team.

I can’t fault the co-op in any way in regards to arranging this funeral for us.  Your staff that were there on the day explained everything that was going to happen and what we needed to do. The whole process was made a lot easier with the help of Janice. Who was not only just helpful, but a pleasure to speak to.

Obviously at the moment times have completely changed as well of this having the difficulty of loosing a loved one, and having to comply with government measures regarding a funeral, it’s hard. But with the support of the team ( especially Heidi who was amazing) I felt that they care and want the best for the family. Thank you so much for all your help and just for listening.

Jo was brilliant from start to finish. Even through the COVID-19 experience, she made sure that we had everything we needed for my brothers funeral. Nothing was too much.
Everything was explained din detail and her patience with constant changes is commendable.
I can’t thank you enough for making this a stress free experience, I really appreciate your complete professionalism, empathy and personal touches.

Jo has been absolutely fantastic throughout. Very warm, friendly and helpful. I have been able to call and email anytime which took a lot of pressure off.
The flowers were absolutely beautiful and were just as we wanted, and the changes we requested were no trouble. Andy & the team were excellent on the day & extremely helpful.

Deb at the Uttoxeter Co-op Office, (note High Street office opposite the Town Hall) is just the most professional, kind, sincere person you could wish for in such difficult circumstances. She is just brilliant - so experienced and knowledgeable, fulfilling every personal wish and making very good suggestions, so supportive. She is a genuine person who really has time to listen and understand you and is there for you for advice and support after the funeral. I feel so lucky we had her to help us - my late Mum would have just loved Deb. From the moment I spoke to her after our tragedy to meeting her in person to make the arrangements (all expertly & professionally provided to an excellent standard I would add), is something I'll never forget. To provide such a caring and personalised service for someone she would never know, except from family, takes intuition and empathy to a very high level. I have recommended people to see her at the Uttoxeter Co-op Funeral Services office. She will always be a special person in my life.

Everyone was amazing especially Janice. They make everything easier to handle when your grieving and not taking much in... they make sure your ok with the information given. I hope I dont need any of them again in a hurry but theres no one I'd rather use when the time comes again. Thank you all.
