Claire Wassall and her team were all caring and thoughtful at the sad time of my mum’s passing. Claire looked after us at the initial stage, helping my brother and myself through the unfamiliar process and continued to be in touch both before and after the funeral itself. 
The people who took mum and ourselves from her home to the crematorium, showed a great deal of respect at all times, especially Tommy, the lead, who advised us throughout as to what would be happening, in a quiet and professional manner.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Woodville Co-operative Funeral Service to anyone looking for guidance at such a difficult time.

My dad’s funeral service was conducted in a very professional manner. All the staff were very nice and nothing was too much trouble. I was kept up to date every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

Very good, professional and caring services. The funeral service itself was lovely. Nick, the celebrant did an excellent job. We were so pleased.
We dealt with lots of different people who were all very nice, just a shame it wasn't a consistent person.
A couple of things like information of the webcast, visual slideshow and the catering service information were not given as an option or explained. We had to ask about the webcast, the cenrant told us about the slideshow and we didn't know about the catering service. It would have been nice to get all of this information in the first meeting to be able to choose them.

Everything was perfect. From Dawn and her team and also Becky's eulogy which summed Brian up perfectly. We were all treated with dignity and compassion at all times. Thank you all so much.

If you’re reading this, it likely means you’re navigating a difficult and sorrowful time with your family, and I truly empathise with you. However, I can genuinely say that the staff here are remarkable—they go the extra mile to provide comfort and support during such moments. They take great care in ensuring your loved ones look their best in the chapel of rest. A special shoutout to Shelly; her compassion and understanding made a significant difference for me, and I can only imagine how challenging that must have been for her. Truly top-notch service!

We only have praise for the staff of the Co-op Funeral Service at Tamworth. They have been kind and sensitive throughout, from my Mum’s death to her funeral and beyond. Meeting with Leah at the Bereavement Centre answered our questions and helped plan the funeral and nothing has been too much trouble for her or for Mandy, who checked how we were doing, a few days after the Service. On the day of the funeral, Andy and his team were excellent too. Unobtrusive, considerate and dignified - my Mum would have been very impressed.

Words cannot express how thankful we are for looking after myself and my family, after the sad loss of my husband Robin, we especially want to thank Dawn, Hailey, Kerry and Paul for taking such special care of Robin and treating him with such dignity and kindness. Dawn and Hayley were so kind and helpful and guided us through what we had to do and nothing was too much trouble before , during and after Robins funeral. We would also like to thank Nick our Celebrant who helped us to put together our order of service and also being so kind and thoughtful. Nick gave a lovely service and really looked after us. Thank you to Kerry and Paul who looked after us all on the day.

At the hardest time in our lives on losing our mum the Co-op were our biggest god send. From start to finish they navigated us through difficulties making life much easier with constant communication and support. Abigail telephoned to let me know mum’s body had been received from hospital and assured me several times with different queries.
Dawn lead us through the necessities and reassured and gave us invaluable advice as well as introducing us to an amazing celebrant Becky.
Finally Tony, our director on the day of mum’s funeral showed such compassion and service that I could not have asked for anything more.
I really am extremely grateful for the level of service and professionalism shown by Tamworth Co-operative Funeral Service.

The Co-op Funeral Service was fantastic from start to finish. They were professional and caring at every opportunity. All staff were helpful on the day, they made the funeral itself run smoothly and enabled the family to concentrate on saying goodbye. Nothing was too much trouble.
