Mandy did an amazing job organising Mum’s funeral as it wasn’t straight forward or local. I can’t thank her enough or anyone else who was involved. We were guided through everything on the day and Mum had a lovely send off. 
Apart from a mix up with the ashes & the flowers were very poor, everything else went smoothly. This is the third time we’ve used this company.

We met with Mandy initially to arrange my mom’s funeral; she was helpful, friendly and sympathetic. She organised everything we wanted, with the help of Leah.
We visited mom at the parlour, she looked lovely and very peaceful, holding onto her shopping bag & lipstick.
The funeral day ran smoothly, Tommy and his team were amazing (even taking apart dad’s walker & putting it back together, to fit it in the car!) .
The whole process was without fault. I can’t thank the team enough ❤️

Could not recommend enough! Unfortunately we lost our Dad on the 2nd February.
Dawn and Shelly were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
After having last minute plans changed, they still ensured my Dad had an amazing send of and were very understanding of our situation. They were both very sympathetic and reassuring throughout, with amazing communication.

The Co-operative Funeral service was wonderful from the day my dad died to the day we buried him. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us informed on every step of the way. They always were dignified and caring and made sure everything went smoothly
