Everyone we came into contact with was professional but always kind and caring. Janice gently helped us navigate through the process. Everything was clearly explained and questions answered. The day itself ran smoothly. We couldn't have asked for more at what is a very difficult time and would highly recommend the Co-op funeral service.

The team at the co op were amazing and walked me through every step of the way. At such a traumatic time you need people who understand what you are going through and these guys were very thoughtful and made mums funeral very special. I was arranging it all from overseas but that didn’t pose a problem at all, I would highly recommend them.

From the start everyone was so helpful.  We were guided through the whole process,  and the staff couldn’t of done anymore, or been anymore understanding.     The help and support we were given truely helped at the most difficult of times.  Everyone  went above and beyond, also, out of there way,  to provide the best send off possible and offered so much comfort and support throughout.  I can’t thank you all enough.

The service we got from the team at Woodville was excellent.The only disappointment I had was when calls were transferred to Tamworth. The night my husband died we were told that it would be about an hour before the funeral director came to take him away but because of some problem with the phone it was more than 3 hours.Having said that Claire at Woodville was the best we could have wanted, very obliging and willing to accommodate our every wish. Thank you Claire.

Excellent service your lovely lady Dawn was amazing she went through everything we needed to know so helpful she was checking everything mum had put in her funeral plan we did not have to worry she is so kind and caring 
The funeral cars were excellent Kevin explained everything to me he was so caring and when I got really upset he was there for me l would not have done it without him  
The Mews Catering suite was perfect thank you all so much

Eveofrom the first meetin the office to the funeral itself was efficient, respectful and considerate. I cannot recommend them more . The whole experience was so much easier due to the professionalism of the staff and the company. We had flowers, order of service and catering in the package. They were so thoughtful and so efficient , nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend.
