The kindness, support, help and planning your staff, particularly Janice Chetwynd gave us for my mothers funeral was second to none. At a very difficult time, everything was so well organised and taken care of that it really eased the pressure for myself and my family. Everything was done with such sensitivity and on the day of the funeral, Kevan guided us through everything with so much kindness. The flowers were really beautiful, the order of service booklets, so well put together and the catering services were amazing. Although it was my mum's funeral, it was just the most lovely day and will actually stick in my mind as a really happy day - my mother would have loved it as a real celebration of her long life.

The whole family were delighted with the care taken by Janice to explain and then assist in the selection of the various aspects of both the actual funeral service and transport. The gentlemen driving, moving the coffin and related tasks at the chapel were perfect. Margaret could not have asked for a more fitting send off. I personally was very pleased with the appearance of Margaret in her coffin. She looked peaceful which was far from how she had been in the final weeks of her life. Thank you for doing her hair so neatly and not putting lots of make up on her face. I survived the Tuesday funeral mainly because I was able to be with her on the previous day. Your costs were most reasonable and well explained. Thank you so much Co-op Funeral Service, Tamworth.

We would like to thank Janice for how she organised dad's funeral and the lovely Order of Service booklets she designed for us, they were fantastic!!!.

The only fault we found albeit a minor one, was the positioning of the 'Dad' wreath and the 'Wolves' crest. We had requested the 'Dad' wreath to be positioned facing the side in front of the coffin and the Wolves crest to be leaning on the coffin in the rear window.

That apart we would like to thank Tamworth Coop funeral service for everything.

My late mother sadly passed away during a temporary stay at a nursing home, one chosen due to its rural location all be it some distance away from my mother’s home address.




The receiving funeral home was the Co-operative Funeral Service in Woodville. I recall the moment I called them for the first time and the level of initial support I was offered.
I now reflect on just how accommodating Co-operative Funeral Service were, in particular my request for an immediate appointment to discuss what to do next?
 
Greeted by Sandra we were soon put at ease. Guided to a private room we were joined by Lorraine the funeral director. We shared our emotional journey with Lorraine who assured us that they would take care of both our mother and ourselves, despite being some way from our home address. In Summary - completely faultless from beginning to end. Thank you, Lorraine and Sandra.......God bless you both. xx
 
Special thanks to Dean our conductor for walking mum away from her home, his colleagues and our very professional and courteous driver Nathan.
