A professional service from start to finish. Faye was amazing at Uttoxeter. She helped put our mind at rest and was understanding and patient.
The coffin, flowers, order of service etc., were beautiful. Dad's funeral was perfect. Everything was carried out with dignity and respect.
Chloe introduced herself on the day and she was lovely. She looked after us throughout. All the staff who helped make Dad's funeral special to us deserve a big thank you. We couldn't have asked for more.

Everyone at the Woodville branch was so sensitive and caring in making the arrangements for my Dads funeral, especially Karen wood who was so compassionate.  On the day of the funeral Tony Rabin was the conductor and ensured that everything went to plan as well as taking time to walk us through each step so we knew what to expect and when. Nick Upton was the celebrant and lead the ceremony which gave Dad the send off we all hoped for. Thank you to everyone  who supported us through an extremely difficult time.
