The whole team were lovely , empathetic and kind ,however 2 staff members really stood out . They were Mandy , who was patient and wanted everything perfect for us as a family , and Kerry, who on the day of the funeral was also informative, did not rush us at any point and nothing was too much trouble . Well done to Tamworth funeral Care . I would definitely recommend them to family and friends .

Reg's funeral was conducted with dignity and care. The horse drawn herse was truly amazing and a fitting tribute to someone who loved horses. Every detail and wishes were all performed at the highest level. Thank you all for the care and love you showed us, especially Janice at this sad time.

Absolutely fantastic service, very respectful towards us all. Nothing was too much trouble and answered any questions we had. We were kept informed on everything and also after the funeral they made sure we were all ok

Can't fault the service. Claire was very considerate to our needs and took upmost care in preparation for the Chapel of Rest. Claire spent a long time talking to us on the day we visited the Chapel of Rest and also went out of her way to join the funeral cortege when this part of the ceremony is normally performed by a colleague. Claire kept us up-to-date with proceedings throughout the funeral planning process and also gave a courtesy call following the funeral.

The co-op were nothing short of outstanding in their care for mum.  From the team that collected her to Claire at Woodville,  nothing was too much trouble and attention to detail was phenomenal x

The whole team were lovely from calling to collect my father's body to meeting in their offices, and guidance and support on the day.  The cars were immaculate and perfect for my Dad (he loved Jaguar cars).  
The only thing that would have made the total service excellent is if the management of all the funeral music was managed by the team.  We had to organise the music for the church, which was fine but during these difficult times, it would have been nice to just be able to send all music information to the team and not have to worry about again.  That said, we were very happy , thank you to the whole Co-op team

The Co-op have been incredible throughout this very sad time. Dawn was lovely and supportive and most importantly, there at the end of the phone whenever I had any questions.
From the initial collection of my husband to the service, the whole team showed such dignity and respect to us all and allowed us to give my husband the heartfelt send off that he deserved.

Leah advised and kept us informed the whole of the time. She always consulted and carried out our requests and liaised with the relevant parties especially the minister regarding the order of service.and the crematorium with regard to the webcast.

Many thanks on behalf of the whole family to all at the Co-op for the supportive, caring and highly professional service you provide that ensured mum got the best send off she could possibly have had. Mandy and Leah were excellent in helping us arrange the funeral and provided support and advice that ensured the service was a fitting tribute to mum. The team on the day were also highly  professional and helped guide us through the proceedings in a supportive and caring manner. The services the co-op provides are second to none. The service we received from Tamworth Co-op funeral services was second to none. From start to finish, everything was carried out to our utmost satisfaction. Thank you all from Jan to the team on the day, excellent! all of you. Jan your recommendation of Nick the celebrant was fantastic, we built up a rap pore with him which made the service. Thank you.

Mandy our organiser was really empathetic and reassuring all the way through the process (we were very nervous) was not an easy funeral. Tony our conductor on the day was totally amazing can’t thank him enough.
