The staff were always polite and there to answer many if the bewildering questions I had concerning my mum's funeral. I had never organised a funeral before and the ladies made it so easy and covered bases I would never have thought of. The day of the funeral went without a hitch and the pall bearers and drivers were professional throughout and provided clear guidance to ensure a seamless day.

From start to finish the help that I received in arranging my mum's was first class, the service at the crematorium, the driver's/bearers, I could not fault them at all, also the catering afterwards was excellent, I will now be making arrangements to set up both my wife and my own funeral plans with then very shortly. From the time we contacted Lorraine at Woodville to advise of my mothers death it was handled in an efficient and professional manner. Lorraine came to our home to discuss the details, we had never met her before but quickly warmed to her. She didn't rush us and had empathy, she advised on several points and listened to our wishes.
The day of the funeral was carried out with dignity. All the staff were extremely obliging ,nothing seemed too much trouble.  know my mother would have approved.
I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been very disappointed with the whole process from failing to put the correct message in the Herald and the correct use of English grammar in the order of service. More attention to detail is needed, as every mistake you make is a reflection on the family.
In addition I provided a stand for a photograph and it did not even appear by the coffin on the day - it disappeared!

When I visited my father to say goodbye I was kept waiting for about 20 minutes - simply not good enough. It is a difficult experience but to wait makes it even worse.
