We could not be more happy with the service we received. Claire was warm, friendly and patient. Everything was explained so we could understand what would happen. It made a stressful time really pleasant. Everything was taken care of, Things we hadn't thought of too. I'm sure the actual funeral will be as warm and well organised. We took up some of the suggestions for flowers and the wake. All equally friendly service. Thank you

We were totally looked after. From Lisa, who arranged it, Leah who conducted the service so beautifully and the guys who got us all there and advised us what would be happening all along the day. The wake also was in the Coop room at the side which was lovely. Would totally recommend

Everyone at the Tamworth Co-Operative Funeral Service are professional, caring and respectful. They could not have done more to make Barrie’s funeral a fitting tribute. Lisa has been the perfect planner and made the family feel included in all decisions and we are thankful for her recommendations. Nick Upton is a fantastic celebrant he delivered a wonderful service and was also professional and respectful. Even though it was a sad occasion we feel Barrie had a truly fitting send off. every member of the service involved with my wife Sylvianne's funeral
did an excellent job they did everything for me the presentation prior
to the funeral in the chapel of rest was exceptional.

From the first discussion to the wake, Natasha was with me every step of the way. I cannot speak highly enough for the service I was provided, the care and compassion I was shown, and the respect given to Claudie on her final journey.
The advice I was given at all stages of the process were sensitive and caring. I cannot find fault in anything. Thank you so much for providing Claudie with the loveliest and most fitting funeral.

We are so glad we chose the co-op for my dad’s funeral. From start to finish they were professional yet compassionate and gave lots of guidance throughout. Special thanks to Dave and Ted who came out to our home at a very sad and traumatic time, Leah in the office who was super helpful with all aspects of the funeral and Nick the celebrant who was chosen to conduct the ceremony was a perfect fit. They were just so kind and helpful, I really couldn’t fault them in any way.The celebrant Nick did a brilliant eulogy and Kelly and Shelley helped me through it and they both told me that I only had to ring them afterwards if I ever needed any help.

First time we had to do anything like this but Hayley she talked us through everything the programs for the service she went to see if they could do what we wanted she kept us updated on everything.the day the the funeral Tommy came to me to explain what would happen through out the funeral the phone call the church after the church at the crem all the way through the day was very happy with everything
