From arranging the funeral all the way to the crematorium, the staff were perfect, couldn't do enough for me, which helped the process be easier, the crew on the day were very very professional and very understanding. If I could give a 10 star rating I would. Thank you.

At one of the worst times in my life, I could not have put the funeral of my dad into better hands. Claire was amazing, so kind throughout the whole process.
Although Claire was my main contact, every member of staff I came into contact with, both at Woodville and Tamworth were equally amazing.
I would not hesitate to recommend your services. Thanks to Claire and the team, dad's funeral went off without any hitches, he would have been so touched, that he was deserving of such a send off. A great big thank you to you all.

We decided to use the Coop funeral directors because they've always had a good reputation ,,, and we wasnt disappointed. Right from the start meeting Leah, she was lovely , very professional and caring she made us feel comfortable and at ease ,she listened to what my dad's wishes were and found exactly what he/ we wanted . We were kept informed and helped through a difficult process.
From the ladies who we spoke to in the office, to the guys who drove the hearse ,and Andrew who looked after everything when we got to the church .
They all made a very upsetting day go as smooth as it could of gone, giving my dad the send off he deserved.

From the start of the process of requiring a funeral to the funeral at crematorium they  kept us informed at every step I would like to thank Clare for her excellent work and Tommy on the day of the funeral they showed us great respect and dignity even the drivers of the funeral cars were very helpful and showed us respect  a huge thank you  to everyone involved

From our initial enquiry until the day of Mum's funeral, we were shown kindness, thoughtfulness and care. Nothing was too much trouble and no question left unanswered.
Everything about the funeral was perfect, the casket, flowers and the cars, and the reception at The Mews was excellent.
Every member of staff treated our family and our beloved Mum with professionalism and respect which made a dreadful time much easier.

We could not be more happy with the service we received. Claire was warm, friendly and patient. Everything was explained so we could understand what would happen. It made a stressful time really pleasant. Everything was taken care of, Things we hadn't thought of too. I'm sure the actual funeral will be as warm and well organised. We took up some of the suggestions for flowers and the wake. All equally friendly service. Thank you

We were totally looked after. From Lisa, who arranged it, Leah who conducted the service so beautifully and the guys who got us all there and advised us what would be happening all along the day. The wake also was in the Coop room at the side which was lovely. Would totally recommend

Lisa has been the perfect planner and made the family feel included in all decisions and we are thankful for her recommendations.
