Never a good time to deal with anyone for the first time but in all honesty Hayley Owen's team have been particularly helpful in respecting my father's last wishes and treated me with great kindness throughout. There's something reassuring about a small independent business that treats me as a client instead of a case number that needs processing. We haven't completed it all yet but I have no worries.

During this time she offered sound guidance on the decisions we needed to make and the services she could offer whilst fully accommodating our own wishes to personalise the funeral service itself. She went out of her way to remove the stress of making sensitive arrangements at a difficult time. Hayley owen right from the first phone call was so considerate, helpful and reassuring she would do everything I wanted rather than dictate to me what should be done.  The manner in which  the body was laid out showed she had treated it with respect. She kept me informed throughout and was so kind on the funeral day and led me through the entire process. I certainly would recommend this young girl who not only has beautiful premises but her Daimler cars are very impressive. Those waiting at the crematorium for our arrival, certainly noticed!
