Hayley and her staff provided a top quality service from start to finish. We had every requirement we asked for met with dignity and the upmost care. Hayley’s kindness made the hardest time of our lives a little easier to bear with the wonderful service she provides. I would 110% recommend Hayley Owen to anyone as I believe she is the very best in her field.

From the minute I met Hayley I knew she would arrange everything and take the stress away from us. Even though she couldn't be with us on the day Dave and the other guys looked after us. I would certainly recommend Hayley to anyone, not just for her professionalism but her compassion and helpfulness nothing was too much trouble.

Myself and family wanted my wife’s funeral to be a celebration of her life and not a sad and solemn event.We discussed our wishes with Hayley Owen and were so impressed by her knowledge and experience of the business, plus her empathy and willingness to help us to achieve these ends, that we asked her to act on our behalf. There on,with Hayley’s excellent advice and guidance we organised an event that on the day was both uplifting and very satisfying. Most of those attending were impressed with the occasion and believed it was an appropriate “send off”  for a lovely person. We cannot thank Hayley Owen enough for all she did for us but we can and do unreservedly recommend her services to everyone.

We first met Hayley when my niece died in May this year. Hayley was very kind, caring and supportive throughout the process.

Sadly, my brother died three days after my niece's funeral and we didn't hesitate to use Hayley's services. Once again, she was all of the above, and we found her to be professional in a warm and caring way. Also we found her to be very practical and willing to answer any questions we had at any stage. 

The excellent services that Hayley and her team provide represent excellent value for money at a difficult time.

We would never hesitate to recommend Haley Owen to others, or to entrust our loved ones into her care at any stage in the future.

Hayley Owen is a supremely caring, compassionate and professional person. Hayley was superb. From my very first telephone call with her she was professional, friendly, sensitive and caring. She was knowledgeable and organised, putting us at ease and helping us to organise everything. Her sense of humour was helpful too and often put us at ease in a difficult time. Excellent service and competitive price too.

Our Mum chose Hayley Owen, Lady Funeral Director.  Hayley was always warm, welcoming and personable dealing with our family emotions and funeral management - no ideas and family preferences were a bother, including revisiting my Mum many times, often at last minute request and taking time to be there to talk to. A nice touch to receive a wee gift after the event too. Loved the Keswick scenery for her coffin too.  Thank you Hayley and Team.

Hayley did my dads funeral, we wanted  a rolls  Royce hearse and Limousine  with 3 other limousine was  not a problem for her on the day her and her staff could not do enough for us all. Great service great  value for money and after 3 weeks my dad look   Fantastic in your chapel of rest.  So glad we  went  for a undertaker  rather  Than a funeral director.

We cannot thank Hayley enough for her compassion, understanding and care when mum passed away.  My mums wish was to remain at home and Hayley fully supported this and in our eyes went above and beyond to make sure Dad and the family were supported in seeing mums wishes were me.  Her dedication and care didn't stop after the funeral , she even came back from a Scooter Rally (her passion) when we were spreading mums ashes.  My dad admits without Hayley's support, care and dedication he wouldn't have got through the past three weeks.

Hayley is the most lovely person. She is warm caring and empathetic and really listens to your needs. My Mum and I felt comfortable with her from the first phone call.
She ensured all members of our family were cared for and made a bespoke plan around our needs.

Hayley recently supported our family through the sad loss of our mother. She was always on hand and guided us but was keen to ensure that everything was dealt with in the way we wished. Since the funeral I have had several conversations with Hayley and she continues to work with the family to arrange the burial of the ashes - in the meantime these are in her safe keeping. It seems strange to recommend a funeral director or say I would definitely use them again - but sadly people have these needs - thank you Hayley
