Hayley Owen Funerals dis an excellent job from start to finish for my Nana. They were kind and understanding to all my family and took the time to discuss at length about my Nana what she was like which added a personal touch they also came up with unique ideas for her funeral which made it all the more special. Would recommend to anyone going through a bereavement they really care and go the extra mile

Hayley went above & beyond when we had a snag with our arrangements for Mum's funeral and this enabled the funeral to go ahead as planned. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble. She made you feel you were dealing with a personal friend.

Hayley Owen and the team are so helpful, understanding, polite, patient, caring, thoughtful and the list could go on. You put us first and listened to our pain and gave good advice and helped us through the tough time we went through.

I must say that Hayley Owen could not have done my family and I any better than she did.from the very start.She took over from me making contact with her ,and she dealt with all our wishes in the most dignified way possible.If I was giving her marks out of 100 ,Hayley would been given 110.she made it so perfect on the day.The service that Hayley arranged for us was the best service I have ever been to in all my life .She also arranged all the floral tributes we required for my wifes funeral.I know that when my time comes Haley Owen funeral services will be looking after me,

Boy was I glad that I chose Hayley Owen as my wife's funeral director. She handled the whole thing with dignity and respect. She went out of her way to be helpful and gave lots of useful hints. Being a funeral director isn't just a job to Hayley it is a vocation she loves. Apparently she chose to be funeral director when she was a teenager, such has been her commitment to this line of work. She will advise you of your options and give you useful advice which are the best options for you and these are sometimes the cheaper ones. She really doesn't see this as a money making business but more as a service to help you have the best funeral for your beloved.

If you want a funeral director you can trust to give the best funeral you wish your loved one to have then choose Hayley, you won't regret it

Hayley and her team were amazing and so respectful at a time of such grief. 
They went above and beyond to assist us and make the arrangements for the funeral so much easier. 
We can’t thank them enough, my daughters funeral was beautiful and a lot of that was down too Hayley and her team, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts. X

I would recommend Hayley mike and all her staff could not meet anyone better they went above and beyond from the start of my dad passing right up to the funeral and afterwards too always there no matter what you wanted to ask made my mum and family deal with our grief in the best possible way always happy to chat even when I went to collect my dad they made me feel so welcome and comfortable we thank you all so much for all that you have done for us these past few weeks. The care hayley and her team gave my husband/dad was excellent from collecting him to the actual day of his service  they were always happy to help with any answers we needed. I have no complaints, only as I said to Haley that I feel the coffinshould not go as far back on the floor in the crematorium, as sitting on the left hand side end seats, one cannot see the full coffin.  As for Haley and her company I thought them excellent, she was recommended to us by friends, I would recommend her company to anyone, she has empathy and is caring.  Her chapel of rest is so endearing to be able to be in to say ones last goodbyes to your loved one
