From the start, I felt every confidence that Lymn's (and specifically, Kirby), would handle the funeral, burial and memorial service with professional and sensitivity. Everything was handled without a fuss and with kindness and consideration for our family at this incredibly difficult time.

Kind caring thoughtful service at this hard time . Nothing too much trouble . Updating the family at everything . They do everything flowers were beautiful and arrangements went to plan . Would definitely recommend and although this is very hard to cope with they were absolutely amazing 😍 . Much thanks

My family and I can confidently recommend using Lymn, West Bridgford branch, for the funeral of your loved ones. The service and advice was professional and everything absolutely ran to perfection on the day. We were not rushed at all in the early stages of organising the funeral itself. They outsourced a lady celebrant who was excellent in every way - Suzanne Wright.

Excellent service from start to finish, with sincere empathy and patience.
I was delighted that Teresa at Ruddington was my main contact , she is so easy to work with and puts one at ease immediately and throughout, working as a great team with Gary.
Edward the Director on the day is a top class professional as well as very personable man.
Lee our driver knew exactly how and when to interact with us over the five hours , yes five hours we were in the car with him.
An excellent family business with standards and passion delivering the service they provide.
Exceptional in every respect.

I was gently guided through the process by such lovely, caring people. Everything was explained clearly and nothing was too much trouble. The care they took with my mother’s appearance was considered and thoughtful, thus making our very final goodbyes a good memory. They ensured that everything went smoothly on the day of her cremation. I heartily thank them for steering me through this difficult time.
