Everything was perfect and all of Marjorie's many friends and relatives were very impressed. We all felt that with the help of A.W. Lymn we had given her the best send-off possible. Special mention is due to your Civil Celebrant, Mark Chapman, whose delivery was praised by all who attended. Thanks too to Nicola Anderson for her organisation and also to Kevin Hall who took over seamlessly when Nicola was ill.

We have the utmost praise for the team of staff at Lymn's. We were listened to as a family and all requests were attended to. Kirby has a professionalism that doesn't override the human nature of what is being done for the deceased and the living family, right down to the careful language used in all conversations. Staff helpful, although some information could have been clearer.
We had a prepaid funeral package so all was included but we had to have two funeral cars as theirs only seat 4.Chloe Lymn Rose replied
Thank you for taking the time to leave this generally positive review of the service received from the team at Arnold. I'm sorry if you were disappointed with our seating configuration, but we have only offered four seater passenger limousines for a number of years, however as your plan was not purchased from us directly, but assigned to us by the planning company after purchase then the plan holder would not have been aware of this at the time. Lymms provided my Father, Sister, and me a service that was filled with empathy, compassion and patience. A truly individual service that ensured that my mum had everything she wanted, and a send off that was befitting of such an amazing and wonderfully inspirational woman. Philip was the consummate professional and always available to answer any queries and provide the support that we needed from ensuring the chapel of rest was available for relatives arriving from overseas to the release of doves and provision of additional orders of service post the service. Thank you.

Lynn Nottinghman has been our family funeral service for decades now. My sister's funeral was on Friday 26th January 2024, and I can say we were served well by Lymn we don't expect any thing less than the service we have already received from Lynn.

My family have always dealt with Lymns, and although I was slightly shocked by the new ‘all singing, all dancing’ brochure that seemed more appropriate to a car showroom than a funeral director, I appreciate that some people have more complex requirements than me. In any event, Kevin was more than happy to arrange the simple service that I requested and, I’m sure, gave the same level of attention to me that he would’ve done had I been spending considerably more money. On the day, Jackie was professional and attentive as always and the celebrant that they recommended delivered exactly the type of service I had in mind. I always feel safe with Lymns and would never go elsewhere.

AW Lymn were ,kind, helpful and very easy to deal with under sad circumstances. They were in regular contact and led us through, step by step, what would happen with the funeral. The cars and flowers were first class.

We were really impressed with the way lymns dealt with our mums funeral. They showed compassion through out all of the funeral. They were very good with the instructions they were giving in regards to carrying the coffin and with the burial. Thankyou for giving our mum an excellent send off.

Can't speak highly enough of the considerate and effective services they gave us.following my Dad's passing.
From the moving to the funeral home within 2 hours and the fully comprehensive and sensitive range of services offered and co ordinated it was absolutely top quality. I would highly recommend. Even member of staff (and I probably interacted with 10) all co ordinated through Dan in littleover were a pleasure to deal with. Tracey has been phenomenal. There whenever I needed her. Guided us through the whole process. Nothing was too much for her. I felt comforted that my dad was in the care of such lovely people. I can't praise Mark highly enough. He carried out the family's wishes to the tiniest detail in such a respectful and empathetic manner. He was always available to alleviate any anxieties and approached any problem we had in such a calming way.
