It was a beautiful day, with wonderful people looking after us. Because being in a wheelchair was extremely worrying but it was amazing care that I had and my 86year old mum was treated the same.
I would also like to mention Keith Brown for such an amazing service for my Husband Gary Brooks.

At such a difficult, upsetting and stressful time the service we received from AW Lymn was excellent from the first point of contact to the end of my mum’s funeral. Philip was brilliant he immediately put us all at ease and helped us when deciding on what we wanted for our mum. He did exactly what he said he would and contacted us promptly. I would highly recommend Philip and the other staff members we came in contact with.

From start to finish, the people involved (especially Samantha) were excellent. Kind, caring, showed great empathy and made the whole emotional process bearable.
On the day the drivers and the funeral director were excellent. Made the whole funeral run smoothly.

With such a difficult time I've had dealing with my mother's death. Tracey at the Stapleford branch made things so much easier, taking me through the funeral process step by step and was very sincere and supportive. Id highly recommend Tracey and A.W.Lymns to anyone.

At one of the most stressful times in your life, the staff at Lymn’s were faultless. Nothing too much trouble and with a smile when appropriate. Special thanks to Tracey Matthews (Celebrant) who made everything stress free on the day along with Kevin. This is the second time I have used Lymn’s in the last 6 months and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Excellent service from the moment we stepped in ,Megan and Lucinda couldn't do enough for us nothing was too much they made us feel comfortable in a horrible situation. Jackie did us proud walking with mum from start to finish we the Harrison family thank you for giving mum a lovely funeral

Sky & Team did a tremendous job with the organization of my mother’s funeral. One hiccup that was swiftly address was a miss spell on the initial details of Mrs. Benson. With that said tremendous job by A.W. Lymn

They were friendly, and sympathetic alongside professional and organised, just exactly what is needed during this terrible time.
