The care that Emma gave us was fantastic. She was very supportive and professional and dealt with all of our concerns with ease.

From our first contact with A.W.Lymn Derby we felt fully supported through the difficult process of arranging our Mum’s funeral. We were treated with care and compassion throughout. We felt we were in safe hands especially when we met with Greg our funeral arranger. He assessed our needs perfectly and provided an amazing service personal to us. He listened to some concerns we had and advised he knew the best person to help. Greg introduced us to Fr Liam who was amazing.Greg found the perfect solution for our issues for which we will be eternally grateful. Neil led the funeral on the day and prepared us well for how things would proceed with care and kindness. All staff at A.W.Lymn were professional and caring. We would not hesitate to recommend A.W.Lymn Derby.

Through memories shared it was good to hear that Fr Liam was able to provide a fitting tribute to Maria. Absolutely fantastic service from Lynn's. From the start contacting you and arranging the funeral and discussing what we wanted at the service at the crematorium. The cars arrived on time and the gentleman driving the cars was very supportive and drove with care. The service at the crematorium went very smoothly with Malcolm and it was a lovely service what we had planned.

I chose A .W . Lymn following the passing of my beloved husband because they were local to where we live. The service they provided made what was a difficult day so much easier to bear. Everything felt so personal to both myself and my family & friends. I was gently supported from the very first visit to their offices right through to the day itself. They gently led us through the day from start to finish, from their arrival at our home, the respectful journey to the Crematorium, the guidance for our bearers, their care for myself in the giving of a flower from the coffin spray, through to the final details following the service. Thank you are two small words with a wealth of meaning behind them. I didn't want to be there but they made it bearable.

It is such a stressful and emotionally charged time. Everyone at Lymn’s were so very accommodating and considerate and respectful at every point.Professional to the end and missing no detail. The preparation for everything went smoothly and the actual events on the day were executed with precision and care. Would recommend them without a moment’s hesitation.

A.W.Lymn at Carlton were absolutely perfect. Their professionalism and support were consistent throughout and they showed exceptional kindness. Everything that I wanted for my Mum was taken care of and despite the funeral being a very sad occasion for me it was also exquisitely beautiful and everything that I could have wished for. I cannot thank them enough. They were wonderful.

You make the process so much easier and very comfortable. I would recommend you all to anyone and wouldn’t use anyone else. A W Lymn at Clifton were marvellous in their support and organisation of my Father's recent funeral arrangements and they made the whole process from initial enquiry to finally collecting his ashes a comforting and stress-free experience. Jane, in the Clifton branch, and Jackie, who led the funeral cortege, were genuinely lovely and caring; it was a pleasure to know that, under their guidance and organisation, everything would go seamlessly and it certainly did. During a clearly distressing time for any family they are wonderfully supportive and provided an outstanding service. I can recommend A W Lymn in the strongest possible terms. One always hopes one doesn't need a service like theirs but, when you do, they are a superb company to help you make the necessary arrangements. I cannot thank them highly enough and I can honestly recommend them as an excellent firm, well deserving of their 5-start rating. Many thanks to all concerned at A W Lymn.

Louise was fantastic, everything went well with Mums funeral planning. I requested that Mum have a haircut, she hadn't had one for months, and Louise did a lovely job.

We received excellent service from Dan Barnes in the Littleover office of A.W. Lymn - he was a very good communicator and he was a reliable and empathetic individual. After losing my mum very suddenly, I was recommended A.w.lymn. Becky was fantastic during the entire process, unbelievably kind and caring and did a wonderful job with mums funeral, I couldn't thank her enough.
