Had the most wonderful care from Lymns Wollaton, for my mothers funeral. Staff were empathetic, respectful & efficient from start to finish, and come highly recommended, couldn’t have asked for a better send off for mum.

Mark Ridout was absolutely brilliant. Kind, sensitive, understanding and overall service was First Class. On the rare occasions that Mark was unavailable, Jessica, his assistant was excellent. Absolutely faultless. Whilst you never want to be in a position where you are recommending a funeral directors service the reality is there will be occasions when you do need this type of professional service.
We were so well looked after, the communication was fantastic, the support offered was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble; all of our questions were answered very professional service.

Mick took care of us from the minute we walked in to discuss the funeral arrangement for my mama, he kept us up to date and helped if we needed it, nothing was to much trouble.

Thank you to all at AW Lymms, especially at the Bulwell Branch. You were all amazing, particular thanks to Paige and Tony who made the whole experience positive and the day of the funeral very special.
You enabled me to arrange the funeral exactly how I wanted it to be for dad. Your experience meant you were able to suggest some things that were great and that I wouldn’t have thought of.
It is also to important to say that you were all very kind, respectful and thoughtful at all times
