I received excellent service from AW Lymn's Carlton branch. Everything was carried out exactly in accordance with my wishes and with great professionalism and kindness. Both Mark Ridout and Emma Hemstock are knowledgeable and supportive. It made a difficult time much less distressing. I was confident that my late mother was treated with dignity and respect throughout.

From the moment we arrived to the final moments on the day, the team have been amazing!
A consummately professional service delivered with warmth and compassion at a time when I was most vulnerable. Everyone made me feel supported and safe in their care, whilst providing proactive direction that compensated for my less than able state, their care went beyond any expectation.

Highly recommend the Carlton branch of Lymns.

A.W.Lymn Beeston were extremely professional, respectful and courteous in our most difficult time.
We didn't need to think about anything on the day of the funeral it was all taken care of with an extreme amount of thoughtfulness. We were very grateful for the professional, but sensitive manner in which the funeral was conducted. Everything seemed to go very smoothly and we have been very impressed with the whole process. the only snag was that order of service and donation envelopes arrived with the hearse and were hurriedly distributed to the mourners who were already in churchA.W. Lymn, Sutton Team replied

Everything was perfect. Lymns kept me informed and helped me all the way through the funeral of my husband. My husband wanted an unusual ceremony and Lymns were happy to go along with our wishes and at the end of the day we had many compliments.

From the very first phone call we had to make to say mum had past to the very end your company have given our mum the upmost respect starting when u collected from home
You have guided us through the whole process and helped with any enquiries
When the day came there was so much respect paid to mum and all her family the service went just how we wanted it too
And even buriel of mums ashes was so carefully planned
We can’t thank you guys even max and Johnathon were mostly our port call but must say any member staff we met were compassionate and very professional
