It is always sad to see a familiar face walk through the door and it was even sadder when John wasn't with you Annette. Thank you for letting me again be part of the arrangements, although a little harder having known John and feeling both you and your daughter's pain. Greg and the whole team were kind/understanding/sympathetic and respectful towards us following the loss of our Father. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the process stress free- this leaves us with good memories of arranging his final farewell. Forever grateful , we can highly recommended the company and team .

I could not fault them from beginning to end. Kirby explained everything really well, we knew exactly what was happening and what was going to happen.
We sorted all the venue, church and other arrangements, advising her of them as they arose.
I know we have been to other funerals run by Lymns so knew they are professional in their attitude and can be approached with any queries we may have. We could not have asked for a more efficient funeral. Thank you to all who were involved.A.W. Lymn, Bulwell Team replied

The staff at Lymn ‘s were wonderful from the outset - kind, thoughtful, efficient, respectful and professional down to the last detail. Most of all, it was quite obvious that they were interested in people. On the day of the funeral, everything was beautiful and went like clockwork. I can’t speak highly enough of everyone.

The service has been excellent right from making the difficult first phone call. We dealt with Karen at the Sutton in Ashfield branch and she was fantastic. She was sensitive, empathetic and so helpful with everything, guiding us through the difficult process. Nothing was too much trouble.
On the day of the funeral too, the team that looked after us were brilliant and professional.

Compassionate efficient and streamlined. Russell guided me through the whole process seamlessly. He was able to provide services I would not have thought of such as a celebrant and a slide show, as well as beautiful flowers, cars and lovely staff.
At a very sad time he provided the support and service required.

The support and care we received from Mick and the team at AW Lymn was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble I cannot thank them enough. The whole family felt very looked after, getting through this sad time was made much easier by the help and support of Mick.
