I work with Megan at the Robin Hood location. I was planning from the US, and she expertly guided me through the process, not knowing the protocol in England. After we formulated the basic plan she then worked with family to incorporate their wishes and suggestions. It was a hassle free and memorable send off. Which is what is needed at this difficult time.As a youth I'd regularly walk passed the windows at the same location for many years and knew of the history of the company. Thank you respectfully.

From start to finish the experience was as good as it could be given the circumstances. Such a professional and thoughtful service and made each decision as easy as possible. Michelle Ibbett at Ilkeston is the biggest credit to your company. I don’t know how I would have navigated this whole process without her. Sensitive caring and full of perfect ideas. She’s been a blanket wrapped around me and will stay in touch with her forever.
On the note of the company, your finishing touches are second to none. Everything is presented in a beautiful way. Mike the funeral director on the day was incredible as we’re his team. The day went exactly as planned and I can’t thank you enough.
