Very polite and respectful, explain everything very clearly about arrangements of funeral and cost of extras. Service excellent and beautiful , very respectful to the carrying of coffin into crem lovely service.Thank you for everything you did which was very calm and peaceful.

From the very beginning we were looked after and guided through the whole process of planning and implementing a funeral which reflected our mum/grandmother's wishes. Emma our funeral planner was brilliant and so kind and patient...especially when our plans kept having to change owing to various elements of our family abroad travel plans were changing! It was a comfort to know that everything was in order and we didn't have to worry about anything not happening as we had planned.

Unfortunately A,W Lywn has degraded in service and lack of compassion. It is solely interested in the amount of money you can make rather than carting for the family or deceased. Along with the management having zero empathy or compassion. The embalmers lied on what they said there did saying they had cleaned and prepared the body for viewing and this wasn’t done. When complained to management, they didn’t care and just shrugged it off. Everything was for money. I wont use again. I will definitely be going to CO-OP funeral service next time.

I find it extremely disappointing that you have allowed three months to elapse before placing such an inaccurate review and making unfounded statements about the service provided by our family company. I do not view this funeral as indicative of “didn’t care and just shrugged it off” and I would suggest that if the other reviews for this office are examined it will be clear that your comments and 1* rating are completely unjustified.

Gary and his team were exemplary from the start. Everything was handled carefully and efficiently, leaving nothing to chance. The cars were immaculate, all of the guys were courteous and professional and nothing was too much trouble. I can thoroughly recommend AW Lymn. Thanks to you all on behalf of my father and the rest of us.

L cannot speak highly enough of thecare and attention given every detail of my husbands funeral. The compassion and care I received made thee unbearable easier to cope with. I intend that they be used for my funeral.

Michelle u was am absolute star from start to finish always there when needed you. I wouldnt have gone anywhere else u made it all go the way we wanted. All the small details you did ment everything to me and wayne. I wouldnt have picked anyone else to look after mum, you are fantastic at your job and dont ever let anyone tell you different. Also the ladie who came on the day sorry forgot her name she was also fantastic she let us go at our own pace no rushing and such a cheerful soul. Ladies you are amazing. Xx

We had two face to face meetings, then several phonecalls in order to arrange and finalise the funeral for my Mum. The staff, both at the office and those who attended at the crematorium, were nothing short of friendly, knowledgeable, reassuring, supportive and respectful. All staff were kind and considerate and very sensitive to our needs. Courteous and polite and went that extra mile to ensure that everything went smoothly. The staff who collected my mum‘s body were very sensitive to the family’s distress. Even though I feel we challenged Karen to change some things which were difficult, she rose to the occasion and accommodated our needs. Jonathan was informative, super smart and kind. Coffin bearers were excellent and manoeuvred perfectly. Compared to other funeral directors that I have used, A W Lymns were the absolute cream of the crop. I will be definitely recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you so much, you did everything perfectly. This meant a lot to the family.
