The professionalism, warmth, understanding and care we received from Mark, was just brilliant. He made a very difficult and painful task, very easy and gave us full reassurance that all would be well and it was. Because of our Mothers health needs we wanted the funeral of our beloved brother Thomas, much sooner rather than later and Mark, pulled out all the stops to make it happen and we are truly very greatful to you Mark for meeting our needs. We would not go to another Funeral Director as this is the second time we have used A.W. Lymn and the whole service from first contact to walking into the funeral home to being dropped off at home was first class. God bless you all. The late Thomas Martin's family.

Fantastic friendly and supportive service from the moment we made our first phone call. Ellie was the perfect balance of sympathetic and professional. Efficient throughout, she made sure we were happy and kept up to date, which gave our family great comfort through what was such a sad and difficult time.
Russ rang prior to the funeral to confirm all our choices which again prevented any last minute worries we might have had.
The cars were beautiful and the driver's kind and respectful, the journey itself was very comfortable.
Our funeral director, Julia, immediately put our whole family at ease, thank you so much for allowing her to accept our special request to direct the funeral. I cannot put into words how supported and comforted Julia made everyone feel. Saying goodbye to the head of our family was so very sad but it was done with the utmost respect, affection and dignity and we could not have been happier with the service. Thank you all so much. The staff at Lymm's were caring and professional from the first phone call to the time we collected my mother's remains. They showed great understanding and empathy with all our family. 5stars+ Thank you all for helping make a very distressing day for us all bearable. From everyone in the office to the gentlemen on the day and especially Jonathan we all felt looked after and cared for. Jonathan spoke to us as if he had known us for years and helped us more than we can say. It was only 18 months ago when we lost our dad and the care and attention and thoughtfulness we were shown went along way in helping us. Thank you from all the Cocking family x
