I don't know where to start, from the first phone call with Matthew to the last words they were fantastic .. My mum who is fragile was put totally at ease by Matthew who treated her like his own mum .. Matthew Lymn Rose and his company made it feel like a celebration not a funeral ..  I can't speak highly enough of the professionalism ;)))

not having ever dealt with funerals in the past I was somewhat unsure that everything would go plan I was to say the least daunted by all the work involved & very apprehensive, however on the days leading up to the funeral & on the day everything came together as I wanted & I am very pleased that lymns did the funeral I was very pleased with the courtesy shown by them & I would recommend their service whole heartedly thankyou

The service was not a religious service. It was perfect and reflected Elaine's life. The lovely man who took the service had taken time to find out about Elaine and her life. Also her illness and how her final years and months had been spent. Having known Elaine for nearly 20 years I know that Elaine would have approved!

We have used Lymn twice now for both of our parent's funerals as they are very professional and everything runs smoothly which is what you need at such sad times. They have been very accommodating and helpful at all times and I would recommend them 100%.

I was very happy with the services of A W Lymn, Mansfield. I found staff to be polite and respectful. The funeral director David assisted us in every way possible in a as we made decisions along the way. Gentle reminders were appropriate when needed and the funeral itself was flawless. David provided an excellent service from my first meeting with him to the last. He was always courteous, empathetic, helpful and extremely efficient. My husband , who was a true gentleman , would have been very pleased that he had been looked after by a true gent , following his passing.

The death of a loved one is never easy to deal with but David's support and totally professional manner somehow eased the process.

My heartfelt thanks to him and his team. I will definitely recommend his services to others.

The service provided by A W Lymn, mainly via Russell Kemp, was helpful, informative and compassionate and alleviated much of the worry and hard work that might expectedly be associated with making these arrangements at such an upsetting time.

The funeral service was conducted without any problems whatsoever and I would highly recommend Lymn's to anyone.

My experience with you was absolutely first rate, despite it being an extremely difficult time for me it became a relief that you carried out in detail everything we agreed. I received a huge amount of compliments on the proceedings that you were a large part of. As I explained on my first contact with Tracey (who was great) I had organised a number of our families funerals with another firm, I was always a little disappointed with some aspect of the proceedings but not this time it went perfectly and Jane and her team on the day were also excellent.

Donna at Beeston arranged and supervised my mother's funeral with sensititivity and professionalism. At a sad time, it is a source of relief if you can hand things over to somebody who fills you with confidence and who listens to requests but offers advice when necessary.Everything went smoothly. Having never had to organise a funeral of a close family member i was completely new to this and wasnt sure exactly what to expect. I was advised to contact 3 local funeral parlours as the costs could vary massively.
I rang Lymns first and spoke to Jane Keetly and she set the bar so very high even a reduced price with others could not sway me.
Jane dealt with me and the family from start to finish and was absolutely magnificent. I have sang hers and Lymns praises ever since and in future will only look to use you.
Jane is a credit to Lymns and should never be allowed to retire.
