A truly incredible level of service. This is how a funeral directors should be. I had been to a funeral directors for a chat an hour before going to AW Lymn and it just felt very corporate and business based. The service I received was second to none; from the second I stepped through the front door of AW Lymn in Long Eaton to the moment I said goodbye to Louise after the funeral. A very personal and professional experience that you would expect of a family business but with all the extra finishing touches of a large company. A perfect balance.

A special mention to our director who was Louise; a very friendly and professional woman who was absolutely amazing and made the whole process a lot easier to deal with. We are all so very thankful for your service at this difficult time. Above and beyond all expectations.
