Cars and hearse arrived at wrong address,no one knew who I was,we didn't know which car to go into.I approached the hearse to look at dads coffin and to find out which car I was to travel in.Arrived at crematorium did not know where to go what to do,the celebrant Brendan took me and told me where to sit,the family sat opposite sides to each other.when we should of been all together.After the service we were led out a different door.I was left not knowing where the drivers were,when we would leave,where I was going!Wasnt happy at all.

I cannot thank you all enough for your warmth and care in this sad time. Fiona is so caring , I felt like I was part of a family. This is how warm and caring you all are. Thankyou for sending my mum on her way. I have shed many a tear of sadness but through your care and warmth you have helped me see joy  and celebration.

A big thank you to all but especially Fiona Hall who supported and guided us all the way from the first time we met.  Having never had to organise a funeral i can honestly say without her i don't know how we would have managed.  She was so professional and yet we felt she gave such a personal touch.  Nothing was ever too much trouble and provided answers for us straight away.  She was so supportive when we went to visit dad in the chapel of rest and he was presented so perfect and looked peaceful. Everything was taken care of on the day of the funeral and a big thank you to Kevin Hall and his team for their professionalism.   I know this was an upsetting time in our lives but we would truly recommend their services to anyone.

from the moment we went into the Arnold directors we met ellie who took us thought every thing and we booked the funeral .then on the day Russell was brilliant every thing was on time and worked like clockwork.then we met Russell today with the ashes and the flowers he did a little poem for us whilst the casket was being put into the grave which was lovely.from start to finish every thing was brilliant and I will tell everybody about the brilliant service we received from limns at Arnold .thank you very much.
