My family and I were very pleased with the excellent services provided by A.W. Lymn regarding the funeral arrangements for our Mum. From the initial enquiry, through to the funeral day itself, all the staff we dealt with were sympathetic and courteous, and the service provided was thoroughly professional, yet personal. We were guided through everything, making a difficult and emotional time easier to deal with. We would definitely recommend A.W. Lymn.

From the very first meeting with Mark Chapman, we were treated with the up most respect and dignity. He was attentive to all our needs, during this difficult time. He went above and beyond to ensure all our requests were met, and to make sure they day went as planned. We would like to thank Mark and all at A.W Lymn funeral services. We would highly recommend their services.

This is the second time in a year that i have used Lymns. There support throughout the process is dealt with compassion patients and empathy. Their guidance throughout this difficult and stressful time takes the pressure from the individual, who’s having to deal with their loss. I can’t thank lymns enough and a real special thanks to Dan Barnes and Kevin Hall for their help and support though such a difficult time.

There was a little mix up regarding our appointment which was not our fault and unprofessional but we're all human. Apart from that everything was fine and very well conducted.

Lymns made the whole process easier and less stressful . They were all wonderful but special thanks go to Caroline who ensured everything was as we wanted and bespoke to us. She ensured all preparation as well as the funeral service went smoothly and kept us informed and consulted with throughout. Would highly recommend A.W.Lymns.

Laura Fletcher took care of matters there after. Laura was considerate, patient and attentive - Thank you.

Following the death of my mother we decided to appoint Lymns of Radcliffe on Trent as undertakers. We had appointed them in 2007 following the death of my father and been impressed with them at that time. We were similarly more than happy with the service we received on this occasion. The death of a beloved relative is never easy to deal with but Jane at Lymns (Radcliffe on Trent) guided us through the whole process of preparing for Mum's funeral with a level of supportiveness, patience, warmth and clarity which could not have been surpassed. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt well supported throughout. We will have no hesitation in recommending Lymns of Radcliffe on Trent to anyone requiring an undertaker in future.
