The service we as a family have received has been excellent. The care, compassion, patience and understanding shown (in particular from Andrew), at what was a very difficult time for the family, made the whole process so much easier. The dignity shown to Stephen and the care he received was hugely appreciated too.

Really cannot thank Jackson's (& Andrew), enough for all their assistance and support in such a difficult time for the family.
No task was too much or too little and helped us through every step. Went above and beyond to ensure our loved ones service was everything we wanted it to be. Even with regulations in place they continued to make sure the service we received was excellent.
Brought real comfort and a sense of peace to the family.

This is the second time Andrewas looked after us in such a short space of time first for our uncle and this time for my farther in law, Andy just couldn't do enough for us , he was kind considered and professional ,nothing was to much trouble. David and his team have been great throughout the whole process of loosing my dad, and helping us to arrange everything. It's been a difficult period due to the Covid restrictions, which must be hard for them too. They remained professional, empathetic and kind during the whole period.. The whole planning prior to and support on the day was excellent. Their attention to detail ensured the whole day went extremely smoothly. We were able to focus on saying farewell to a dearly loved mum. Particular thanks go to Andy Bowness for his role in managing the contact with our family.

David and his team did a wonderful job, he was very kind and kept me up to date with the proceedings. The Chapel of rest was beautiful and light and the perfect venue for the small number of mourners we were allowed during lockdown. We used the online obituary service which was fantastic, people were able to leave condolences and donations and I could keep track of them all. The webcast of the service was a brilliant idea so that those who were unable to come to the funeral could watch and listen in their own homes.

David Thornton, the manager at the Silsden branch and David Carson, the celebrant, helped us to recover from the trauma of not being able to visit my mum in hospital in the last week of her life, due to COVID restrictions. They did this by giving our whole extended family the opportunity to say what they needed to say and do what they needed to do as part of the grieving process. Nothing was too much for them and they accommodated every request and supported us every step of the way. I am eternally grateful to all the staff at Jackson's for the most beautiful, dignified, personalised and moving service and committal we could have hoped for for my mum. The parlour at Jackson's in Silsden was a peaceful and beautiful final resting place for my mum and the perfect place for the funeral service. Andrea Oz
