Jacksons funeral services have been very helpful throughout my dads funeral and I would recommend using them if you unfortunately need to.

They have definitely helped to ease some of the stress following the death of my dad by helping with and taking over the processes involved in organising the funeral.

The care and support that we recieved from Hannah and the staff at Jacksons on the sudden passing of my husband was excellent. Hannah guided us step by step through everything and ensured we had the funeral for him that we wanted. We were treated with sensitively and given time to make decisions. I am so pleased that we used them and would do so again. Thank you.

Andrew and Jacksons of Silsden were absolutely brilliant - they made the whole process easy to deal with and treat us and Mum with so much compassion and kindness. Every step was dealt with professionally and Mum had a very beautiful funeral thanks to Andrews input and kindness.

Following the passing of Margaret I contacted Jacksons and was totally impressed

with the way they showed compassion, understanding and support for myself and my family.

Andrew visited me at home along with my daughter Kathryn and he guided us through the procedure and made helpful suggestions which ensured the funeral went as planned. Andrew also liaised with Margaret Foxley who was the Celebrant who conducted the service which was very moving and tearful but she helped us all get through it. A very professional performance. I cannot speak highly enough of Jacksons, their professionalism and organisation were of the highest order and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing help at their difficult time.

Funeral director, David Thornton, very helpful, available when I needed to discuss anything and flexible when it came to making changes. Just wondered why the closing music did not start at the beginning of the piece! Otherwise service went smoothly and was a lovely tribute to my sister. The availability of a webcast was much appreciated by people unable to attend in person. Special thanks to celebrant, Margaret Foxley, for her sensitivity and appropriate words at the end.

From start to finish we had wonderful support from Jacksons. No request was too much trouble for them to deal with.
Everything ran so smoothly on the day of the funeral, they communicated everything with us so we knew what to expect and what to do.

I could not recommend Jacksons funeral service enough. When someone passes that's really important to you planning their funeral becomes a minefield. Jacksons were really helpful every step of the way making me and my sister feel at ease with the planning nothing we asked was 2 much. We went to visit our mum while at Jacksons and although a really scary upsetting time they had gone above and beyond to make sure our mum looked right for us to see her hair was perfect. They helped taking the workload from us and our mums funeral was just perfect evry step of the way they helped and advised as it wasn't something we had done before. My words are not enough to say how amazing they are at their job me and my sister are so grateful for all you did to help us. Thank you.

From the day my mother passed away Andrew Bowness has taken care of everything professionally and with compassion and dignity.
Andrew collected and looked after my late mother and also arranged the funeral and the celebrant Margaret Foxley who was also brilliant.
On the day the cars and drivers arrived on time and we’re all spotlessly smart and clean.
I hope when I also pass that the team at Jackson’s of Silsden will look after me.
