I felt that Andy was brilliant very courteous and professional The whole process went smoothly from start to finish At the beginning of the service they waited for late family arrivals and gave us time to chat to people who attended They opened up the spare room for extra seating Very impressive I was consulted all the time When we were ready to leave they gave us time at the crematorium too Many thanks Andy

From the outset, I felt I was in the hands of a professional and very caring service.

Having never had this experience, on my own, of arranging a funeral, and particularly as the bereavement was sudden, initially the whole process felt quite daunting.

However, I was guided and supported through each and every step in a very caring, friendly and extremely professional manner. I was invited to phone at any time if I needed anything, and equally, was kept fully informed throughout.

All of my cousin's wishes were respected and accommodated fully, and the result was a beautiful service, with courtesy phone calls, both before and after the funeral.

I cannot praise Jackson's of Silsden highly enough and would thoroughly recommend their services to others. My special thanks go to Andrew Bowness, who looked after me throughout this period.
