At this most upsetting of times from first contact with Andrew at Jackson’s the customer service was beyond exemplary. Andrew was very compassionate, approachable and understanding of our wishes. The funeral was handled with complete respect and dignity by Andrew and the team from Jackson’s.

Jacksons were extremely efficient and compassionate in their dealings with me and the family. Nothing was a problem to them and they accommodated all our special requests. The funeral went very smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

At what is a very difficult time for families, Jackson's (in particular David Thornton and Derek Craven) were exemplary throughout, they could not have done more to make things run smoothly and exactly as we wanted.
