From the initial contact with David at Jacksons we could tell we were going to receive a kind and highly professional service. David put the whole family at ease and was sensitive to all our needs and requirements. David planned with empathy and care to ensure our beloved brother/son received the send off he deserved.
I would not hesitate in recommending Jacksons Funeral Services to help anyone through what is a very difficult time.

Jacksons were extremely efficient and compassionate in their dealings with me and the family. Nothing was a problem to them and they accommodated all our special requests. The funeral went very smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

At what is a very difficult time for families, Jackson's (in particular David Thornton and Derek Craven) were exemplary throughout, they could not have done more to make things run smoothly and exactly as we wanted. They did us and our dad proud and we cannot thank them enough for everything they did for us.

They were able to remove a lot of the pressure when dealing with a bereavement & were contactable any time of day & night. We were extremely satisfied with the service provided by Jacksons throughout our recent loss. An excellent service all round. Losing a loved one is extremely difficult and, as a family, we were dreading the prospect of organising the funeral. Andrew made the process so easy, he took care of everything, and not traumatic at all. He put us in touch with David, the celebrant, and he actually managed to make his meetings with the family an experience full of laughs rather than tears. The day itself was perfect, and full of respectful little touches. I highly recommend Jacksons.
