Jacksons have been absolutely incredible in helping, supporting and handling my nanas funeral. The person that helped me was Andrew, he was very reassuring and wonderfully helpful through out the whole process. All of the staff were incredible. The service was beautiful and tailored to exactly what we needed. The staff showed empathy, support and patience throughout the whole process and guided me through everything. When you loose a loved one it is such difficult time and you can have so much uncertainty working your way through all of the things you need to take care of. Jacksons really took a lot of stress out of this and offered a reassuring consistent approach and I really felt looked after every step of the way, with arranging the funeral and all the details that need to be taken care of. Thank you so much to Andrew for all your help and thank you so much to Jacksons for a beautiful service to send off a beautiful soul. I would strongly recommend Jacksons to anyone wondering what funeral directors to use. They are a small family run business who genuinely care and put the needs of their clients first and foremost. You can feel the personal touch and care offered from Jacksons which is just not something that a cooperate business would be able to offer.

Jacksons of Silsden provided such an incredible service taking care of my Dad's funeral arrangements. Andy made everything run so smoothly and helped me and my family to plan everything without a worry.
Given the toughest of times saying goodbye to a loved one, Andy helped us with such empathy and gave my Dad the send off he would have wanted.
Margaret- our celebrant was also amazing and met up with our family before the service to go through everything in such detail which gave the impression during the service that she also knew my Dad. 
Everyone was so kind and helped us enormously at Jacksons of Silsden, we cannot thank you enough.

David and his team are really great and they make  a difficult  time in your life, easier to manage. They areready to answer any questions or concerns and put you at ease. 
They are a great support on the day , but at the same time they are doing it from a distance giving you the space that you need to get through the day.

I have given 5 Stars - Excellent which are very deserved, for the quality of service provided for my dad's funeral, arranged by Jacksons of Silsden Funeral Services.

From my first contact, the whole process of arrangements were undertaken in a very professional, caring and friendly manner.
From Hannah who made all the arrangements to the Hearse and Limousine drivers, they all gave an excellent service provision.

However a special thank you needs to be given to Hannah, who put all things together, including arranging flowers and Order of Service etc. She was always there at the end of the phone, was very approachable, professional and caring, and helped and supported throughout the funeral arrangement process, from the very first contact until after the funeral, which could not have gone better.

Thank you so much Hannah, you are a credit to Jacksons.

The celebrant, Margaret Foxley, who was arranged via Jacksons Funeral Services, is also to be commended for the lovely service she gave.

Myself and my brother cannot fault any  of the arrangements made by Jackson’s of Silsden in respect of my father’s funeral. Andrew is very professional and all aspects of the funeral were discussed in detail. Sadly this is the second time in 17 months that we have to arrange a funeral and on both occasions we have been very happy with the service we have received.
