Jackson’s of Silsden and, particularly, Andrew who guided us through the planning of the funeral, were very compassionate and professional and showed great attention to detail. At a time when you really are all at sea, you need people that will make sure you do your very best for your loved one. Jackson’s were exemplary and we would highly recommend their services.

I cannot thank Jacksons enough, especially Andy for everything he did after the death of our beloved Dad. Andy went above and beyond with everything he did for us from start to finish.
Andy looked after Dad and whilst in his care this was done with the upmost of compassion and professionalism which brought us all very much needed comfort knowing Dad was being looked after so kindly.
Andy is exceptional at what he does and at what is the most heartbreaking of times he makes this a little easier. Heartfelt thanks Andy  you're amazing.

We received excellent service from Jacksons and in particular from Andrew Bowness who could not have been more helpful. We had not organised a funeral before and we required a lot of help and guidance. At a time when emotions were running high Andrew provided such help and guidance with a great deal of sympathy and patience. Andrew stayed in contact every step of the way and did not fail to answer his phone or to visit where necessary to deal with our concerns and mind changes! I can not thank Jackson's enough for their professional and caring ways with my aunties Funeral nothing was too much.
they were there at the the end of the phone to answer even the smallest of questions.
They guided us with what was needed even with things after the funeral with advice with what to do next..
They allowed us to have it our way giving it the personal touch we wanted ..

Jackson's Funeral Services were excellent.

They provided a bespoke, friendly service and were always available to explain the process, the options available and to guide us through. The costs were very reasonable and dealt with sympathetically.

With the help of the celebrant, suggested by Jackson's, David's funeral was a very personal celebration of his life. I have spoken with other members of David's family and there are no criticisms or suggestions as to how the process could be improved.

I would like to say thank you on behalf of the David's family, friends and neighbours to everyone at Jacksons but especially Andy and Margaret.
