Both Derek and David were very supportive and helpful during this difficult time.
The advice given was spot on, taking into account any specifics which were required and nothing was too much trouble.
Very attentive and swift to respond to queries via phone and email.

At the most sad & difficult time losing our beloved Dad/Husband/Grandad , David Thorton , Andrew Bowness, David Carson, Robert & Michael of Jackson’s gave us the most excellent professional, compassionate & wonderful service we could of hoped for. David put the whole family at ease and was sensitive to all our needs and requirements. David planned with empathy and care to ensure our beloved brother/son received the send off he deserved.

Jacksons were extremely efficient and compassionate in their dealings with me and the family. Nothing was a problem to them and they accommodated all our special requests. The funeral went very smoothly. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

At what is a very difficult time for families, Jackson's (in particular David Thornton and Derek Craven) were exemplary throughout, they could not have done more to make things run smoothly and exactly as we wanted. They were able to remove a lot of the pressure when dealing with a bereavement & were contactable any time of day & night.
