They were absolutely wonderful and made very difficult times easier especially Andrew for whom nothing was too much trouble.when the Hearst stopped at our old bakery where he'd.worked for 45 years I was really touched. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Andrew at Jacksons of Silsden for the kindness, professionalism, and care he showed following the passing of my wife, Heather. From the very first meeting, Andrew guided us gently through every step, making a difficult time much easier to bear.

His attention to detail, compassion, and thoughtfulness ensured that Heather’s funeral was conducted with dignity and respect. Nothing was too much trouble, and he took the time to listen to our wishes and make sure everything was just right.

On such an emotional day, it was a great comfort to know that everything was in Andrew’s capable hands. I will always be grateful for the support he provided to me and my family, and I cannot recommend Jacksons of Silsden highly enough.

From start to finish David and his team were excellent, kind and compassionate. I would say that that the professionalism was above what you would expect and we as a family are grateful for how all the arrangements were handled. 
One constructive criticism was that I felt that the funeral notice should have been posted sooner. I understand that if the funeral notice is posted just before the service then people are unlikely to forget but as I’ve found out many atime as a tradesman you usually have your worked booked for the week and are unable to changes things despite wanting to attend a funeral.

David Thornton and everyone else involved in the funeral of my wife Eleanor showed nothing but kindness to me, my family and all those who attended. Andrew was unbelievably helpful and thoughtful while helping us organise my mums funeral. He answered all our questions, nothing was too much trouble. It was obviously a stressful and upsetting time for my family, but Andrew showed nothing but compassion and understanding throughout.
