David was very professional in the way he helped us with our sister’s funeral. The advice he gave, the lady he put us in touch with to take the service at the crematorium was excellent. From contacting David at the beginning to the final stages of the service, he was professional in every way. We would recommend Jacksons to anyone wanting a local caring funeral directors.

Help received and organization of funeral from the first contact was excellent. Caring and efficient. Everything was well co-ordinated and we felt relaxed and confident that all would be well on the day. Any concerns we had were sorted out and dealt with straight away.

We chose Jacksons Funeral Service when my mum passed as they have a good reputation and are a family business. We were not disappointed. From the very start they were professional, compassionate and respectful. Throughout the process of organising the funeral my contact (Andy Bowness) was superbly organised and at all times considerate of our wishes. On the day itself Jacksons were outstanding with many funeral guests commenting on their professionalism. The passing of a loved one is a very difficult time but Jacksons made the whole process run smoothly. As a family we cannot recommend them enough.
