From start to finish David, Margaret and the Jackson’s team have been truly outstanding. They couldn’t do enough. Offering help, support and made the whole process easy at one of the most devastating, difficult & sad times of our lives. Our Dads funeral was,  all be it incredibly sad & emotional, it was also a true reflection of who Dad was. I know our Dad would have said the same. We are so incredibly grateful to you all.

I lost both my dad and Mum 10 weeks apart. This was a really difficult time. For both funerals Andrew helped me greatly. Nothing was too much to ask and throughout he was professional yet supportive. Everything ran like clockwork and he kept me in the loop. I felt relieved that my mum and dad were in the care of Jacksons until they were cremated. Through a difficult time I'd highly recommend Jacksons, Especially Andrew. Thanks so much. Your time, Effort and Kindness didn't go unnoticed.

Andrew was excellent. He took so much pressure off me by making all the arrangements that we wanted.

Andrew and his team took such great care of my late wife frok start to finish and made the whole process as good as it could be.

I highly recommend Jackson’s  Funeral Services of Silsden. They handled the arrangements for my father’s cremation with great professionalism and sensitivity and were able to accommodate all our requirements, keeping us informed at every step of the way.I am particularly grateful to Andrew for his helpful advice and his detective work - he managed to locate my mother’s ashes and retrieve them from another funeral home where they had been stored for many years.As a result, both parents were finally reunited and laid to rest together in a garden of remembrance.

Jacksons came very highly recommended from several sources but I was naturally sceptical. I didn't need to be.

From first contact via Andrew Bowness, through planning every aspect of my wife's service and the funeral itself everyone has got the balance between professionalism and sensitivity just right. Excellent recommendations for a celebrant, flowers and a venue for the wake also made things far less difficult. They promised to be there for me at any time, always just a phone call away - they were.
Considering they deal with people at the very worst moment of their lives, Jacksons do a remarkable job all round.
In short, I simply couldn't have wished for anyone better to look after my wife.

Jackson’s of Silsden is an absolutely fantastic funeral director. This is the 3rd time we have had to use them in a period of 3 years and they always go above beyond. We came to Jacksons Funeral Services -Silsden with no previous knowledge of their business. Within a few hours of her passing in a local Nursing Home my wife was safely in their chapel of rest. From that point on their representative, Andrew Bowness, steered me through the process of completing the necessary formalities, with a professional yet compassionate  ‘light touch’ which put me totally at ease during this stressful time.
Always available when required, he gave the family full support leading up to and during the funeral service, for which we are all so grateful.
