I have nothing but praise for Jacksons of Silsden's Funeral Service. David Thornton and Margaret Foxley kept closely in touch, providing a sensitive and thorough structure for Jim's funeral. They were recommended to me by a neighbour in Laycock and I would not hesitate to recommend them to any of my acquaintances in future.

The whole process of organising the funeral was done by them , keeping us informed the whole time .

Andy Bowness at Jackson’s Funeral Services Silsden was absolutely wonderful , my Husband died suddenly and it was such a traumatic time for me and my Son , but Andy was so caring nothing was too much trouble he was always at the end of the telephone if we needed to talk to him about any of the funeral arrangements, talked us through how much everything was going to cost being honest with us every step of the way . From start to finish David, Margaret and the Jackson’s team have been truly outstanding. They couldn’t do enough. Offering help, support and made the whole process easy at one of the most devastating, difficult & sad times of our lives. Our Dads funeral was,  all be it incredibly sad & emotional, it was also a true reflection of who Dad was. I know our Dad would have said the same. We are so incredibly grateful to you all.

I lost both my dad and Mum 10 weeks apart. This was a really difficult time. For both funerals Andrew helped me greatly. Nothing was too much to ask and throughout he was professional yet supportive. Everything ran like clockwork and he kept me in the loop. I felt relieved that my mum and dad were in the care of Jacksons until they were cremated. Through a difficult time I'd highly recommend Jacksons, Especially Andrew. Thanks so much. Your time, Effort and Kindness didn't go unnoticed.

Andrew was excellent. He took so much pressure off me by making all the arrangements that we wanted.

Andrew and his team took such great care of my late wife frok start to finish and made the whole process as good as it could be.

I highly recommend Jackson’s  Funeral Services of Silsden. They handled the arrangements for my father’s cremation with great professionalism and sensitivity and were able to accommodate all our requirements, keeping us informed at every step of the way.I am particularly grateful to Andrew for his helpful advice and his detective work - he managed to locate my mother’s ashes and retrieve them from another funeral home where they had been stored for many years.As a result, both parents were finally reunited and laid to rest together in a garden of remembrance.
