My mother’s was the fourth family funeral dealt with by Andy from Jackson’s of Silsden. Throughout each funeral he was kind, understanding and professional and nothing was too much trouble.

Andrew was unbelievably helpful and thoughtful while helping us organise my mums funeral. He answered all our questions, nothing was too much trouble. It was obviously a stressful and upsetting time for my family, but Andrew showed nothing but compassion and understanding throughout.

Andy Bowness at Jackson’s Funeral Services Silsden was absolutely wonderful , my Husband died suddenly and it was such a traumatic time for me and my Son , but Andy was so caring nothing was too much trouble he was always at the end of the telephone if we needed to talk to him about any of the funeral arrangements, talked us through how much everything was going to cost being honest with us every step of the way . From start to finish David, Margaret and the Jackson’s team have been truly outstanding. They couldn’t do enough. Offering help, support and made the whole process easy at one of the most devastating, difficult & sad times of our lives. Our Dads funeral was,  all be it incredibly sad & emotional, it was also a true reflection of who Dad was. I know our Dad would have said the same. We are so incredibly grateful to you all.

I lost both my dad and Mum 10 weeks apart. This was a really difficult time. For both funerals Andrew helped me greatly. Nothing was too much to ask and throughout he was professional yet supportive. Everything ran like clockwork and he kept me in the loop. I felt relieved that my mum and dad were in the care of Jacksons until they were cremated. Andrew was excellent. He took so much pressure off me by making all the arrangements that we wanted.

Andrew and his team took such great care of my late wife frok start to finish and made the whole process as good as it could be.
