From start to finish, the process was smooth thanks to Andrew and team who were professional and respectful, yet personable throughout. Everything was explained clearly, with gentle guidance at each stage and all my requests were accommodated. The funeral was exactly as my mum would have wanted, thanks very much Andrew.
I have confidence in highly recommending the company look after the deceased loved one and deal compassionately with the grieving family.

The service provided by Jackson’s Funeral Services - Silsden from first contact to the funeral and after was excellent and always respectful in , what was, a very sad and difficult time for the family.
David was compassionate, a great support, professional and went above and beyond paying attention to every detail. The arrangements were straightforward and seamless and lines of communication were open at all times.
On the day, David oversaw the procession with great care, warmth and dignity, his expertise ensured everything went smoothly so the family could focus on saying goodbye to Robin.
As a family we are very grateful to the whole team for their kindness and support.

From the outset everything was dealt with in an appropriate, sympathetic and dignified manner. This applies to the initial contact, funeral preperation and arrangements along with the funeral itself as well as post funeral needs .
The professionalism,care and understanding taken by the undertaker and all staff members was a credit to their profession.

Jacksons Funeral Services were brilliant. Every step of the way from repatriation onwards they were always available, gave me total confidence in everything, so personable and professional at the same time. Andy was always on hand to offer any and all support required and was incredibly quick at getting back to me with details. The Celebrant Piers Lane was also excellent and so glad he had been recommended and was available. Thank you Jacksons for making a very difficult time easier to navigate.

I would recommend Jackson's Funeral Services to any family who have suffered a lose.

My sister died in a Care Home in Burnley, Lancashire. Jackson's took diligent care of every aspect of organising her funeral, including transporting her to Silsden, where we live.

Even though things were not straightforward, the funeral taking place back in Burnley at the crematorium, and Easter intervening, their expertise, compassion and care were second to none.

Having been a Church Minister, now retired, I have experienced various Funeral Directors, but would put Jackson's top of the list for professionalism, care of the deceased and loved ones they have left behind. My hat goes off to them.

But in all honesty you and your Team provided a service you must be proud of. At no time or location did we feel nothing but pride in giving my dear spouse a lovely caring respectful send off. The Blossoming of the Cherry Trees in the GROVE, the Sunniest day of 2026 and the Spring Lambs frolicking in the fields on our trip to Skipton only added to the remembrances of that day

Dignity at all times in the dealings regarding our mother’s funeral. 
We already had plans in place which were respectfully fulfilled with the cooperation of the funeral directors. They provided updates at all times as well as close cooperation with the Vicar. 
All in all our mother would have been proud of the final church service and also at crematorium.
