Simon was incredibly kind, compassionate and understanding throughout. Nothing was too much trouble, and he handled everything with such care, dignity and professionalism. We always felt listened to and supported, and the personal service we received made such a difference to us. At a very sad time, Simon and the team made the whole process as comforting and straightforward as possible. We are truly grateful for all they did and for the genuine care they showed us.
