Complete professionalism from my first meeting with Ellie at the funeral home to my final handshake with Russell at the crematorium . We have been shown nothing but care and compassion all the way through the painful process of saying farewell to our Mum. Beryl was wonderfully supportive when visiting Mum at the chapel of rest and a big box of tissues was always at the ready. I really do feel that after our first meeting with Ellie absolutely everything was done for us and all we had to do was turn up on the day. Marvellous service throughout.

From the moment my sisters and I entered Lymns office at Arnold to arrange our Mothers funeral we expected to have to carry out a whole list of things to ensure that our Mother needs were taken care of. We need not have worried as Ellie led us through the entire precedier and and took care of every detail. This service continued throughout enabling us to grieve our Mothers passing.

Excellent caring service from everyone from the moment we called your office until the moment your cars dropped us of at our Final point nothing was to much trouble.
