Excellent attention to every detail. Lovely staff. Floristry breathtaking as was choice of coffins. Only one thing was more choice of shrouds . My grandparents had beautiful embroidered ones in their chose satin which would have been my first choice for Mumx. Also re wake I went on Pinterest for some lovely ideas which brought the whole family together and made it into a loving happy occasion

Elle was fantastic , nothing was to much trouble . All the help and support so my fathers funeral Went well . Everything was sorted from the first day we went to arrange my fathers funeral .
Explained everything we needed to do and what would happen if we had any question Elle would sort it out 
My father funeral was a sad day as we had to say goodbye . The funeral staff ( Mark) and the drivers was all fantastic couldn't of wished for anything better . The cars we had was beautiful .
I would personally like to thank all the staff each and everyone of you who helped with my fathers funeral . Considering it was a very heartbreaking day . All of you made it special day as he had a lovely send of from start to finish thank you From All the family xx

The service was fantastic all the way through from the two guys who collected our Dad at home to our meeting with Ellie and organising the whole service with her to the day itself which could not have gone any better, it was perfect our Dad really got the send off he deserved, a massive thank you to Lymns from all the family and our friends excellent job x

We feel that the funeral director A.W. Lymn Arnold was outstanding when dealing with the funeral of John Arthur Horsley. Ellie was so professional and explained everything clearly and in detail. Ellie answered all our questions and was always available to chat through any queries we had in person or on the telephone. She guided us through an extremely difficult time and was caring and patient. Ross was also extremely professional and thoughtful on the day of the funeral.The celebrant Keith Brown was second to none and he delivered the service with compassion, honesty and impeccable professionalism. We highly recommend this funeral company and can't thank them enough for an excellent and wonderful send off for our loved one.

from the moment we went into the Arnold directors we met ellie who took us thought every thing and we booked the funeral .then on the day Russell was brilliant every thing was on time and worked like clockwork.then we met Russell today with the ashes and the flowers he did a little poem for us whilst the casket was being put into the grave which was lovely.from start to finish every thing was brilliant and I will tell everybody about the brilliant service we received from limns at Arnold .thank you very much.

All the arrangements were carried out extremely well with courtesy, dignity and compassion. Having known the Lymn family and their business for many years as a Vicar in Sneinton, now retired, I have always admired their attention to detail and their knowledge. I was very pleased that I had chosen them to perform this sensitive task for Nancy and our family.

not having ever dealt with funerals in the past I was somewhat unsure that everything would go plan I was to say the least daunted by all the work involved & very apprehensive, however on the days leading up to the funeral & on the day everything came together as I wanted & I am very pleased that lymns did the funeral I was very pleased with the courtesy shown by them & I would recommend their service whole heartedly thankyou
