What a lovely send off for my auntie. This was thanks to AW Lymn Mansfield Woodhouse. They kindly held my hand through the processes and procedures; who would have thought how many little things go into making the day a success. All the staff were professional, courteous, thoughtful and treated my auntie with dignity. They kept me informed by telephone at every step of the way. I was delighted with the quality of service and would have no hesitation recommending them to others.
The celebrant conducting the service truly reflected auntie in all aspects of the service. She wove the stories into a beautiful "Rembering Auntie". Aunties friends all said what a lovely service it was.

Emma was very empathetic from start to finish and showed utmost care and compassion throughout. Planning a funeral for my husband at such a young age was something I had never envisioned but Lymns made this as simple as possible explaining everything.

From the first visit to their Offices, right the way through to dropping us off at the Wake, the service was exemplary. There were lots of hurdles to climb but nothing was too much trouble for Jonathan, Stacey or Emma at the Mansfield Woodhouse office. They co-ordinated everything from the Church, Vicar, Organist and burial, to the change over from hearse to horse and cart. On the day Jonathan was not available so we had the honour of having Matthew Lymn Rose as our Funeral Director. He insisted on walking the 1.1 miles in front of the horse and cart from the changeover to the Church - what dedication! I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company to anyone. Their care, compassion and respect to your loved one is formidable. Their attention to detail in order to for the day to run smoothly and on time is second to none.

Jonathan, Stacey and the team have enabled us to handle funeral arrangements with compassion, care and professionalism. They pulled out the stops when an end date had been missed. Efficient and effective, nothing was too much effort.

Reminder calls and emails of ongoing communication were outstanding with only a 2-week turnaround to meet our request and hold the funeral before Christmas.

Thank you for providing us with the best attention at a really difficult and sad time.
