The team at Owens looked after me so well when planning my Mum's funeral. They were very thoughtful and kind. I'm not local and the personally drove here to deliver her ashes to me rather than use a courier. So considerate. Highly recommend

From our very first enquiry and contact with Owens, Alex, Lorraine and the team have been fantastic. They have helped us through what is a difficult and overwhelming time with compassion, professionalism and respect. No question or request was ever too much trouble and they kept us up to date with progress throughout the process. What really stood out is the approachability of everyone at Owens. They were always available with the same friendly and reassuring manner and were always true to their word and exceeded our expectations. we would have no hesitations in recommending the team at Owens and thank them for their care.

Our daughter's funeral was unconventional. All of the staff took time to understand what we were trying to achieve for her.Their attention to detail,efficiency and compassion was exemplary. Their suggestions of local wildflower meadow and woodland burials made it easier for us to choose the perfect spot .I would recommend their services without hesitation.

so professional above and beyond exspectations so kind and caring owens took care of absolutely everything and there kindness continued after the funeral so blown away by there service myself and my elederly have chosen owens to take care of our funerals when the time comes

From my first contact with Lorraine and Alex at Owens, even until now, following my husbands funeral, I cannot praise them highly enough. Also Frank, who escorted us to the church, chapel and then onto the wake. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and they were everything you need when dealing with the loss of a loved one. Supportive, sympathetic and helpful.
