An amazing caring family run funeral directors. From the horrible day I lost My loved one & when Jack from Owen’s came to collect him & treated him as a friend to the day of the funeral & all the time in between I felt cared for & knew Gary was cared for. Alex & Lorraine understood when I couldn’t cope and gave me time. They helped me in every  way possible to organise a funeral that was exactly as Gary wanted  & they went above & beyond from the start to the funeral and beyond. Alex is still helping me organise jewellery to ashes & I’m eternally grateful to the entire Owen’s family.

My dad and I found Owens to be excellent when arranging my mums funeral. They have a fantastic way of looking after their customers, making us feel valued while going through an extremely emotional time. Nothing is too much trouble for them and there is no pressure placed on you all all. Would highly recommend. The funeral and the service received was beautiful. Regarding the funeral of my beloved partner and father of Molly, Richard Wilson, I would like to give Owens the highest praise. Lyn, Alex and team were nothing less than amazing especially under such distressing circumstances. Lyn was so kind and caring. The whole funeral arranging from start to finish was exceptional. Alex and team on the funeral day were so lovely and respectful. Jeanette Roberts, our celebrant, who took the service did a fabulous job of helping make Richie’s funeral a celebration of his life. We can’t thank Owens funeral directors enough for all the kindness and caring attitude they took from the very first meeting, the journey to the cemetery and the service. Literally outstanding.  We mainly dealt with Alex, who is a wonderful lady who went above & beyond at such a devastating sad time.  Also the hearse drivers frank & Ian, also the pallbearers.  Highly recommend if you want outstanding care for your loved one.  R McMahon & family.

Alex and Lorraine could not have done more for the funeral for my late uncle malcolm. They went above and beyond in their duty as funeral directors. They made the whole process feel very personal to the family in every detail from start to finish even though they acted very professional They made it very personal and we didn't feel like we were just another customer. From original contact right through to informing us that the life insurance had paid them because they knew my auntie was panicking over this detail they kept us informed. This is the second time we have used this family firm and would never ever hesitate to use them again.
