Owens were wonderful at such a very difficult time for us as a family. Loosing our mum has been devastating.

Absolutely fabulous. They all made a sad occasion bearable. Couldn’t fault anything,they made the whole process easy. They were all so welcoming and feel they treated us as friends instead of clients and we we’re confident that Andrews welfare was their priority. Can’t thank them enough

We went for a direct cremation with no attendance so theoretically nobody from the family overseeing things.

On the day I decided to go and see the coffin arrive just stood on the street. Sure enough they arrived on time, coffin well presented with arrangement on top and staff well presented too.

In short I can recommend Owens highly.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. They honestly turned one of the worst possible scenarios a parent can face into a beautiful situation. Couldn't recommend Owens enough to anyone.

We are so happy we picked owens funeral directors for my dad
They were so helpful professional, but most of all caring and that was what my mum needed after loosing her husband of 63 years
They explained everything in detail and what we had to do as a family
They were at the other end of the phone 24-7 if you needed them and that is what you need when you loose a loved one
I would recommend them to anyone as they made my dad's final journey special for him and to us as a family

What can I say!. Lorraine and Alex went above and beyond to make my family and me feel at ease. They showed compassion and were very attentive to our needs. They were always there for me, and called me often. They offer the best service anyone could ask for. Very friendly, comforting and supportive always

Great service.
Alex in particular was a great help and very tolerant of a funeral which was organised by four sisters and therefore four voices.

Every aspect of the service I received from Owens Funeral Services was excellent.  
Every member of staff showed the highest level professionalism &  were also extremely empathetic to my needs.  They managed to make a heartbreaking situation slightly more bearable.  My heartfelt thanks goes out to them all.

I called upon owens just passing abd it was the best thing I could have done I sat down and chattered to Alex explaining my requirements and then left. We have used Owen's funerals services now for several of our residents at the home as well as families, choosing so.
As a home we have always been so pleased with all aspects of care and attention given to our lost loved ones and the professionalism, Owen's have displayed in supporting us to ensure all runs smoothly.
Sadly I go to a lot of funerals in my capacity as the manager, representing the home, along with staff.
Both I and my staff would strongly recommend the services Owen's provide at such a difficult time.
