We very sadly lost 2 loved ones within 3 weeks of each other. We went to Owens on recommendation. We never looked back. The whole team delivered everything possible from beginning to end.Lorraine and Alex provided services which I never imagined were possible for a funeral directors to do. They made us so proud of the way they looked after our loved ones and also us as a family they supported us in every possible way imaginable. They certainly go above and beyond to make things easier for the family. A massive Thankyou to all of you Lorraine you certainly done us proud and gave Tom and my lovely mum Pam the send off they truely deserved. Lovely family nothing too much trouble and always there to listen with the kettle on for a cuppa and a chat. Would never use anyone else in the future.

Lorraine and Alex were so wonderful organising my father's funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, they were both quick to reply to any queries and really thoughtful. They made a difficult experience as painless as possible and I will truly appreciate their help always.

I cannot express enough the kind caring compassion the Owen’s team have given during the whole process of my Stepsisters funeral.
From the very start they had a very warm and welcoming approach, to the very end when collecting ashes.

I cannot praise Owen’s enough they have been outstanding from the first point of contact until the last.
They are very approachable, professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. They make you feel like one of the family.
It’s a big decision deciding who should look after the person you love dearly and I would not hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly.
They helped me to give my treasured Dad the very best send off that was unique to him and honoured everything about him. I cannot thank them enough.

Owens gave us excellent care as a family They listened to us & were there with hugs & tea at any time Ringing just to see how i was coping.The funeral service went just how my husband Derek would have wanted.Lorraine & Alex do a fantastic job.Would not go anywhere else in future

Thoroughly recommend Owens funeral services. From start to finish attention to detail and care and availability excellent. All staff are brilliant, especially Alex and Lorraine who so lovely and thoughtful at such a difficult time. Costs were very competitive, so you don't need to look elsewhere.
My dad's funeral was perfect. And my 84 yr old mother couldn't be more pleased with the service received. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Lorraine and Alex were so approachable right from the start in arranging my husband's funeral. From not knowing at all what we wanted, we were given suggestions and ideas allowing us to decide exactly how we wanted my husband's funeral to be. Throughout Lorraine and Alex were so professional but always so caring and empathetic. Despite being a very difficult day, the day of the funeral went so smoothly with the funeral team very respectful. I cannot thank all the staff at Owens enough for all their work in making a very sad time go that bit easier.
