Alex made the whole process very good with me and my family on the death of our daughter they helped in every way possible and made the process so easy to manage which made it easier to do the other things that needed doing and it was never any problem when we phoned them for anything

Everyone at owens funeral directors were so kind and compassionate to me and my family. I was consulted every step of the way with my mother's funeral, nothing was too much trouble and I did not feel pressured at any time. At such a sad time for our family I felt my mother was given the best service that she could of had. I would definitely recommend owens to anyone I know.

I highly recommend Owens Funeral Services. They could not have been more supportive and helpful during one of the hardest times of our lives. My dad was a keen gardener and the personalised forget me not seeds placed in the the orders of service were such a thoughtful and lovely touch.

I found the staff  very accommodating. They were sympathetic to our family’s loss. They provided us with a kind and friendly service. One of the nicest things is they kept me informed of all the progress from beginning to end.  The staff were a pleasure to work with during our sadist moments  Kindness and compassion were never in short supply

Alex and the team have been such a massive help during the hardest time of my life they talked me though everything to expect from my mum being picked up from the hospital till we laid her to rest. The staff at Owens made the process of sorting and organising the funeral so straightforward. They are friendly and approachable. Their costs are more than fair with no hidden shocks. Alex, Lorraine & Mike have been Superb in every way needed to make this unimaginable pain slightly easier to bare... they took care of every last detail of the funeral arrangements, making phone calls on our behalf and taking the stress away from me. This was done in such a kind, caring and professional manner, nothing was to much trouble for them and I’m so grateful that it was Mike that came to my Dads flat on that sad evening.... more than that, the care and precision they took in caring for my dad was exceptional.... The care and support, empathy and understanding from all the staff that my family and I  received was first class.  Nothing was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to recommend Owens. 
We were made to feel as our family were the most important to them and nothing was too much trouble.

Owens were completely fantastic throughout the whole process of arranging and realising our Mum's funeral; they eased us through the most difficult of times by being caring, thoughtful and utterly professional.
Everyone we met was warm and friendly and recognised how important all of the small details were, ensuring that Mum's wishes were fulfilled.
