I can't fault John Weir's, especially Deana who was looking after us, she was absolutely fantastic. From the day we walked in to organise the funeral until the day after the funeral we were looked after, kept in the loop and communication was very good.

We have used John Weir before and were pleased. This time proved even better, they seemed to have moved with the times and their customer service seems to have improved again. Nothing was so much trouble, when we were following exact requests. The day passed well, thanks to the skill of John Weir. Especial thanks to Sharon and the team at the crematorium.  At times like these, you don't need the extra worry about the funeral directors.
