I cannot thank Deana and the staff at John Weir, Rainham enough. The process of organising a service for a loved one is incredibly daunting. Deana's caring and compassionate manner help guide me through the process, and made the whole process feel easier to accomplish and took a huge weight from my shoulders.

I was also amazed and incredibly grateful that John Weir had records going back far enough for my Father's service (which my Mother organised), which I was able to draw some parallels from when arranging my Mother's service.

I cannot thank you enough Deana for the way you looked after us and especially Carol. Nothing was too much for you and you were always in contact to make sure everything was all right. You said you could do anything we asked and you were very true to your word. We received a superb service from our Rainham Branch of Weirs. Melanie was so professional yet empathetic, she made me so comfortable and at ease. She kept in constant contact with me and nothing was too much trouble. On the day of the funeral everything went without a hitch and the staff were again absolutely brilliant.

We would definitely recommend Weirs.

We really could not have asked anything more from John Weir Funeral Directors. They swung into action and took all the stress out of the arrangements for our Mother's funeral. Their staff were helpful, thoughtful and supportive throughout form our first approach to the day of the funeral. We can not recommend them highly enough.

Everyone involved in my mums' funeral was absolutely fantastic. I can't praise the service I received enough. I would strongly recommend anyone going through a terrible experience like I have recently to embrace the help from the staff at John Weir. They are so attentive , professional, patient, nothing is too much trouble and they help and support you through the most difficult times.

I can not find enough words to express how good John Weir are. We used their Rainham high st. parlour and were looked after by Melanie. A week before my fathers funeral everything changed and became complicated when my mother also died. We wanted a double funeral but mum & dad had very different beliefs. The staff at John Weir went out of their way to make sure we had all the help we needed and coordinated everything to ensured a seamless and dignified funeral. Their suggestion that as dad was a war veteran he was entitled to have his casket draped with the union flag was a nice touch. We had our double funeral with them both together in the crematorium chapel and 2 different services, it was a lovely day. I unreservedly recommend their services.

First class service from John Weir Rainham. The second time we have used them since December. (It never rains but pours in our world)

From the initial meeting with Deana right up to the day after the service, Deana was there for us nothing being too much trouble for her.  Deana was able to answer our questions honestly and professionally and on the day of the service, Kevin and his team arrived promptly and carried out their duties with the greatest of respects to my mum. 

I would have no hesitation at all in recommending John Weir Rainham. 

I so hope that the only place I meet Deana or Kevin’s team in the future is in a pub or the local supermarket!

John Weir provided an understanding, friendly and efficient service. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they took care of everything following the death of my mother. Their assistance in talking about funeral arrangements and offering suggestions as to the type of service and how to go about things was extremely helpful. Everything was carefully explained and the information pack provided both before and after the event was appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend this company's services.
