This is the second time I have had occasion to use the services provided by J Weir Funeral Directors of Rainham Kent and have found their staff to be very professional, kind, courteous and always willing to go the extra mile to make a success of an otherwise difficult time.

We have used John Weir before and were pleased. This time proved even better, they seemed to have moved with the times and their customer service seems to have improved again. Nothing was so much trouble, when we were following exact requests. The day passed well, thanks to the skill of John Weir. Especial thanks to Sharon and the team at the crematorium.  At times like these, you don't need the extra worry about the funeral directors. With John Weir this was never a concern and we were very pleased. Thank you to all.

Very impressed; great guidance and empathy from Deana with a very professional attitude, we were updated regularly and felt we were in safe hands. Even though it was a very small service Winnie and ourselves were treated with the utmost care and respect, never rushed or hurried.
