Sharon was very kind and sensitive to my situation. I was led efficiently through the whole process step by step and kept fully informed. If such a time can be made easy then John Weir excelled. The complications of Corona virus were not a block to their customer relations. I would recommend their services to anyone.

My Father 'Terry Harrison' passed away in January however due to so many factors the funeral wasn't until April..
All the way through the whole firm has been amazing, Sharon and the rest of the staff in the Rainham branch were so kind and understanding.
We were then affected by the dreaded virus which meant cancellation of the limos, only a graveside service with only 5 of us there. The upset was immense but the staff made it that much more tolerant. Even John Weir himself attended with the pall bearers and his kind words to me gave me strength on that day.
No one wants to go through this but please believe me when I say John Weir Rainham made things a little more easy. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart... from all of the Harrison Family.

This will be the fourth time I’ve utilised John Weir and dealt with Deanna on at least 3 of these occasions and can honestly say she was nothing more than extremely professional and met our needs in a very sympathetic manner. Nothing was too much trouble to discuss or arrange on our behalf, which must have been difficult for John Weir as much as us, as we go through these uncertain times.

John Weir in Rainham Kent, gave me and John's family, a service that was so caring, understanding, and above excellence, even with the very scary virus situation we found ourselves in. We were never short of constant help, advice and instant updates as government guidelines started changing. Kindness was 100%.
I must also say, the gentlemen who escorted my husband, on his last journey, were so gentle and kind, they were so respectful, with such a calming air about them.
We couldn't have had better care, and under such a distressing time with losing my husband, and struggling through the added stresses brought about by the virus.
A heartfelt thank you, John Weir, you couldn't have done more.

Anna, who arranged my husbands funeral, and the guys on the day, were absolutely brilliant. 
I have used the Gillingham branch of John Weir before; back in 2011 for my mums funeral and they were excellent then.
There was no question that we’d use them again for my husband; this time the Rainham branch.
They were empathetic, amenable and generally just lovely. Their professionalism is second to none.

I cannot praise John Weir and his team (especially Deana) for taking care of everything, after the sad loss of my husband (digger) from start to finish they organised everything, nothing seemed any trouble and kept me informed all the way along. John, himself even phoned the day after, even though he was on his holidays, to ask how it all went and said all the right words. They made a very sad occasion, very bearable with as little stress as possible. Thank you so much x

I cannot thank the John Weir staff enough for all their help and if you are lucky enough to get Anna to help you with what is the most stressful time in ones life then you will know that she will help you with everything, nothing I do mean nothing, is too much trouble. 
In today’s life, we all deal with businesses that lack kindness and support this will not happen if you use the John Weir team.

The funeral went as well as it possibly could and this was due in large part to the professionalism of John Weir staff. All our wishes were adhered to and the communication leading up to the day was excellent. Thanks goes to Anna at the Rainham branch for being so efficient and kind and for all the guys on the day for making it all run smoothly. Very professional. From the moment we entered the office I could feel it was a safe space. I felt completed supported and nothing was too much. On the day of the funeral we were handled with extreme care and attention. The smallest gestures were so appreciated.
