Unfortunately our family have had a lot of dealings with John Weir over the past 3 years, but i can only thank the team at John Weir for their kindness and sensitivity in handling the loss of our loved ones. Les has been so professional, kind, supportive and helpful throughout, nothing has been too much trouble, and he has been in constant communication with me at every stage. I would also like to thank Shane for being there this time and conducting the procession and limousines, I understand that he made sure he would be there for us as he had previously.

The team at John Weir did an excellent job of managing the funeral arrangements for my brother in law recently. Les and the team dealt with us very helpfully and sympathetically - they are both extremely efficient and polite. I would also say that their service is good value, for all the things that they do. Les at John Weirs conducted the initial appointment with sensitivity care and commitment to our wishes.He was lovely. He guided us through all the stages of preparation and checked in regularly. Emails were responded to promptly, phone calls handled with no rush ever. The funeral for my treasured sister was conducted perfectly by the team who drove the hearse and limos. Attention to detail at the crematorium meant everything went beautifully. The family are so grateful to John Weir and all the staff who we engaged with especially Kevin on the day and Les throughout the lead up

I recently had the profound experience of arranging my late mother, Patricia Anne's, funeral through Weir's Funeral Directors in Chatham, Kent. From the very first meeting with Ben, it was evident we were in compassionate and capable hands. Ben's considerate and kind approach made a challenging time much more bearable. He handled all the arrangements with utmost professionalism, including the initial contact with the priest for my mother's Roman Catholic Requiem Mass.

On the day of the funeral, Les and his team exhibited the highest levels of dignity and care. The ceremony was conducted with perfect timing and respect, ensuring everything went smoothly. Their attention to detail and understanding made a significant difference during this emotional time.

I cannot recommend Weir's Funeral Directors highly enough. Their exemplary service and dedication to ensuring a beautiful and respectful farewell for my mother was a great comfort to us all.

A number of the team supported us at different times - Sharon, Ben, Les and Shane were all compassionate, clear, helpful and polite, with a lovely manner. Everything I had to do at each point was made clear, and they made sure that everything was in place when needed, yet they never rushed me as deadlines approached. Highly recommended.
