Very friendly and approachable. Amanda was always more than helpful and understanding. Always listening to my aunt's life stories and expectations.
The coffin bearers were very helpful in assisting me of where to park with my disabled mother. Which can be a stressful experience at the best of times. The drivers worked miracles in parking outside the house. Which is in a very narrow road.
A huge thank you and well done to all !

We were very impressed with the support we received from the initial phone call to the funeral. A high level of professionalism from everyone we met. They were even able to help when we ran into difficulties obtaining a death certificate.

I used John Weir for my Dad’s funeral back in 1995 and was impressed back then.  So much so that Mum and I agreed that I would use them again when the time came for her funeral.

Ben and Amanda were the utmost professionals and worked seamlessly together to provide the excellent service that I received at a difficult time with social distancing and the restrictions that imposed.  When advised that the funeral had to be on a small budget they were compassionate and reassuring that the funeral wouldn’t be a lesser version.  The recommended celebrant, Deborah Glass, was absolutely brilliant and you wouldn’t have known that she had never met Mum.

Amanda was so friendly and sympathetic to my needs. A voice on the end of the phone but I was very lucky to meet her in person. 
I asked for the best Celebrant you had and in Kathryn Sansom I got that. I have written to her separately. Everything went without a hitch and the casket tribute by MASK in Chatham was excellent.  Sean who was in charge of things on the day was so good and a nice touch at the end gave me a red rose to bring home. Thank you so much.

As soon as I spoke to Amanda at John Weir, Chatham I knew I had made the right choice of funeral director. At every step of the way she was kind and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble; Amanda explained the arrangements clearly and allowed you time to think through what you wanted. On the day of the funeral everything was so well organised and the choice of Annie Love as celebrant was perfect. Follow up support was even offered after the funeral. Thank you John Weir.
